Not sure I was aware of the lag time in delivery. When is it supposed to arrive? No good way to trust this coming from China this is probably.

Absolutely impressed
I am super impressed with SVL toys. The toy arrived early and was very discreetly packaged. It does everything that it says it will do and my partner has made it into her go to toy. Will definitely buy from SVL toys again

I would leave a --10 if I could. I ordered two toys. Total was 102. And some change. The addresses got mixed up, the PM sent it back to China, after even speaking to him about where it needed to go. After arguing. With a SVL rep, explained my shipping address needed to be the same as the billing. I filled out the correct paper work, finally they sent me a duplicate package no charge....TO THE SAME WRONG ADDRESS. I. WAS . Livid. I Demanded my money back. I was told no refunds and not fixing their mistake. So. I suppose lesson learned although I would have been happier if they would have gifted me a 100.00 gift card to just redo the whole order with correct addresses on both documents but, this is how they get free money. I hope you lose a plug SVL. MERRY FRIGGIN Christmas.😑😤

Product still not arrived
Product still not arrived - totally missed its deadline and then some. Not ideal as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I ordered it with plenty of time.Customer service are polite but keep ignoring my request for a full refund. Part of my order turned up today (I think), there was no note or invoice with it! I wasn’t expecting a split delivery. What turned up looks pretty naff ! Box ripped and dog eared. Not suitable as a child’s gift this Christmas 👎🏻
