I've used TaxSlayer (usually TS Pro) for the last 10 or 12 years and I give them high marks.Today I talked with a TS rep named "Miles" who helped me with questions about whether I could report capital gains and crypto/meme coins with TS Pro. He was knowledgeable and patient (with this 80-yr old.) I appreciated his help.
I was already familiar with TaxSlayer from a previous tax office. My first learning experience was very easy. I would definitely recommend Tax Slayer as a first choice for beginners.
Technical questions are all answered immediately or as soon as possible. I especially like the info you have already put out on the Big Beautifull Bill for my info and my letter than I send out to my clients. I start working on this in Nov.
When I call with a question they are always ableto help me and solve my problems.
My experience with Taxslayer Pro has been the best for 11 years. In the past I had worked with different softwares and Taxslayer Pro came to be the best. I like the format and the ease of getting from one link to another. I can view my forms and enter information as needed. I just truly enjoy it. So much to say and explain but you just have to try it yourself and will understand what I mean. I have my own small business now for 6 years and have never had a problem with Taxslayer Pro or it's agents and representatives. The marketing and technical departments have always been so helpful when I have needed assistance. Love you guys. Thank you so much!
I have been using the software approximately 10 years now. I have never had any issues with getting help software navigation or tech support. Everyone has been knowledgeable and courteous.
The Tech made sure everything was loaded and working.
TaxSlayer Pro is the second tax software I have used in 25 years. When I made the change, I never realized I was switching to a very professional company. I have always received quick and accurate help when needed. I have been using TaxSlayer Pro for many years and will continue until I retire.

The software its self is ok.I don’t like the fact that you guys don’t give a person the option to stay with you guys or move on with another software provider. I can’t get with you guys just automatically take the money which means either your statin or you’ll lose out on that money which I think is so unfair. YOU GUYS NEED TO CHANGE THAT ASAP!
It was the first day when I talk to you, I knew that I was in the best hands. In general, I had experienced a great deal of time with everyone at Tax Slayer Pro. Aubrey G. (Software Advisor) was knowledgeable and was able to communicate exceptionally well to me when I was looking for a tax software to purchase as I start my own business. A lot of things to consider at this time, but Aubrey's call sealed the deal on this one.I had tried the desktop version which was just awful and I was intending to go to TaxAct Professional which was a bit cheaper. (I was also trained on that in school.) The call from her got me to try the online version, she advised me on getting my EFIN quickly, and she was just so knowledgeable. Havent bought it yet, but I will before next TS25! Web version for sure.
This is my 5th year with TaxSlayer Pro and I couldn't be happier! The support team is top notch and friendly if they don't know the answer they will make sure to find out for me.
TaxSlayer is user friendly software and when you get stuck support team is awesome. I recommend TaxSlayer to all professional.

Superb customer service! The most tax preparer friendly software available. You still have to know taxes but you don't have to be a computer genius. I love that I can take short cuts because I know what I want to do next but the software has step by step instructions if I'm not sure in a certain area.
the company always is improving on things that the goverment is adding into taxes. this is a great program and so user friendly. the support team are top notch and always can lend you a hand if needed.
If it were not for Christina, I would have been lost several times. The questions she was able to answer were beyond the front-line people. I have been with you many years because of people like her and Bob!
