Tina was AMAZING!!!

Tina was AMAZING!!!! Oh my goodness. She is the first tech representative who was concise and actually got to the bottom of my confusing issue. She talked me through options to find the account and used her incredible detective skills to figure out which phone was tied to which kid, under what mysterious email or phone number. It was crazy, confusing, and all over the place, but she solved it!!! I had my 3-year-old continually interrupting us, and she was even patient while my son lost his phone TWICE during our phone call. My stars. Tina deserves a raise!!! Thank you, Tina!!!

Coulnt hate this company enough

Coulnt hate this company enough. 6 customer service reps for over 6000 users. Never a direct call to a human, always a voicemail and a call backThe navigation app doesnt function with car play. It is illegal to hold your phone and drive. Thank you people for nothing I was forced to convert my personal number to a physical sim card to use their services. Now my phone number is bricked and stuck on a sim card instead of the previous e-sim. I will never be able to use my personal number again with a phone that does not have a sim tray I literally hate this company. Theyve wasted a disgusting amount of my time that i wont be compensated for.

Getting the Wisephone 2 was one of the best decisions I've made in the past year. It is the perfect balance of tools that combatted my tech addiction. I would recommend this phone to anyone. I say this as someone who has used the phone for about a year.

I made a mistake during the setup

I purchased a Wisephone for my son's birthday. Unfortunately I made a mistake during the set up. I called Techless, they responded within a few hours. Zazi was very understanding and helpful. We got the problem resolved quickly and he stayed on the phone with me to ensure the phone was ready to go! Great customer support!

Zazi Review for Setting up Son's new Phone

Zazi helped me out today and the experience was excellent. He was very patient with as I was trying to make changes to my son's phone in the portal. He explained everything in manner that allowed me to understand the process easily. I appreciate the help he provided immensely.

Getting through to an agent is very… Hard 8 to 5 only and your call is queue for a return call ... no live agents to answer.

Getting through to an agent is very hard as you are queued up and you have to wait for a return call.Once you do get through to an agent when they call you back during normal 8 to 5 business hours (?) the service is quite good.I had "Zazi" assist me and teach me and lead me through my problems. He was very helpful.

I was having a lot of trouble…

I was having a lot of trouble activating my new Wisephone. With Zazi's patient help, I was able to create an account, activate the phone and learn to manage the device from my laptop. He answered every question and showed unfailing patience. Much appreciated.

The Wisephone II is a great phone…Techless as a company sucks

The Wisephone II is a great phone itself.Techless as a company is horrible.I do not recommend.Customer service....frankly sucks. They have completely stopped reviewing third party apps for months now. Their billing system is a mess. They "issued" me a refund for the phone that I was not returning, then demanded that I had to pay them back. I asked for a few months of subscription for free to make up for the inconvenience. They offered me 2 months, but the last 2 months they still charged me, and I had to email them reminding them I was supposed to be comped the 2 months.All customer service is by email, no one ever answers the phone and they refuse to call me back for an in person conversation.Their emails always have excuses and never solutions.

Great Customer Service

I just got off the phone with Anthony - he was great! I already have a Wisephone and bought a second Wisephone for a family member....unfortunately I screwed up the setup process, it was all me haha! Anthony was very polite and patient with me and helped me get everything sorted out. Thanks Anthony!
