I had inadvertently selected a rolling subscription with this company but was no longer requiring the tracking device.I contacted the company explaining the situation and Cyrus dealt with my request efficiently. The fee was refunded immediately and was back in my account within 3 days. It was a great relief to me and I couldn’t have asked for better service.Thank you Cyrus, great job!

I purchased a tracker for my relative who has dementia. The original device worked for approximately one week before it stopped charging. After contacting them, a replacement was sent.Unfortunately, the replacement has also been unreliable. It worked intermittently and now permanently shows my relative as being at home when they are not, making the device inaccurate and unfit for purpose.Given that this product is intended for safeguarding a vulnerable person, its failure is extremely concerning. In addition, the lack of telephone support has made resolving these issues difficult.As a result, I have cancelled the renewal payment.

We had a tracker on our elderly relative’s keys as she suffers from dementia. She was still going out to the shops and wandering around her childhood haunts. It really helped us to see where she was and if she was on a bus home etc. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who has a relative with dementia still living independently to get one of these trackers. It has been a boon to us.

I would highly recommend TechSilver as a very professional yet personal company. I purchased a GPS tracker for my husband to help him remain as independent as possible despite his dementia diagnosis. It gave me reassurance that I knew where he was at all times due to the accuracy of the tracker, while allowing him to go for walks on his own. TechSilver offered support right from when I placed my order. They checked the GPS signal where I live was reliable to ensure that the tracker was suitable for my needs before initiating the subscription and responded very quickly to my emails answering any questions I had regarding the product.

The Grandpad was purchased for my parents
The Grandpad was purchased for my elderly parents during Covid when they became very isolated. It was invaluable for my mum to keep in contact with family, as dad had dementia. She had no tech skills but found the Grandpad extremely easy to use - I never thought I would be getting emails from her or sharing websites with her. Far away family have also been able to share photos of great-grandchildren. She has no broadband connection in her property, and so the roaming sim was great. Even when they moved house, it was simple to bring along and continue using. When she later moved into a nursing home, again it went with her so she was able to contact us independently and receive messages and photos from over ones. On the odd occasion that we encountered a problem with the device, customer service was very efficient and each time the device was quickly replaced. It’s been brilliant and we would definitely recommend.

We ordered a medication dispenser and a tracker key fob to help keep our Mum safe. The devices worked very well for us and provided peace of mind that she could manage her medication safely and independently.Mum's dementia has deteriorated and the devices no longer fit with her needs.We received fantastic support from Techsilver whenever we needed it. They acted very quickly when cancelling the subscription and even waived the 30 day notice period.Brilliant service, very recommended to support your loved ones.

Independence and peace of mind
As my husband’s dementia condition deteriorated and he frequently went AWOL to relieve his agitation, it was such a relief to discover the TechSilver tracker. Attaching it to his keys meant we were able to follow his route, locate him and take action where necessary. Prior to having this device, we had many anxious times searching and worrying. The tracker APP allowed us to set up a ring fence which alerted us if he went too far. We were able also to determine his preferred walking routes and gave us such peace of mind. I am so glad we were able to give him 3 years of independence and freedom which he would never have had without this device. The APP was easy to install and use with the added benefit of family members being able to access it. The TechSilver team were amazing, responding quickly to our queries and guiding us through the process. I can’t thank them enough for their support and the peace of mind I had because of this tracker.We did have a few issues re the emergency button and the telephone facility. My husband probably wouldn’t have been able to use or respond to these facilities anyway . Also there were a few times when the charge ran out and the location didn’t update. These were only minor concerns and were completely eclipsed by the general functioning of the device.

Easy from start to finish …
We found the whole process easy from ordering , set up of the tracker through to finally cancelling the subscription which was effort free. We struggled to find a suitable tracker for a young person with Alzheimer’s who kept switching their phone off but they were happy to keep the fob on their keys which they carry at all times. We did find the battery life shorter than hoped between charges, and sometimes took a while to update the location, but all in all a good solution which provided peace of mind .

This is a really ethical company to work with. I had a tracker which worked well until my husbands condition worsened. Unfortunately we have not long moved and I did not cancel the subscription for the yearly subscription which was automatically taken from my account. On contacting the company they have reimbursed me of which I am extremely thankful with all the problems that go with caring for a person with progressive dementia sometimes life becomes very difficult and demanding. I thank you so much for your prompt actions.

I have had the Tech Silver GPS tracker for my Dad for over 2 years. It is an excellent piece of kit and has helped us locate my Dad when he has got lost. Highly recommend for helping look after and locate vulnerable adults.
