Spot on
I ordered a golf bag and was then worried slightly after seeing the reviews. Got to say, the experience I had with them, does not warrant the bad score that golf society has on Trust pilot. Got a discount on my fist order, delivered within 5 days (Aus to England), had to pay a customs charge which Madi from Golf Society refunded straight away. Very impressed, will be using again

Shoes never arrived
Shoes never arrived; when company was contacted they went back and forth a few times until we called them out. We ordered shoes(in the US) on November 24th. They said they tried to deliver on the 26th and the “proof” they showed was a partial shipping notice tha showed US arrival on December 3rd. After this was pointed out, no further communication from them and no refund or shoes for us.

If you want to return something
If you want to return something, that will be terrible. It is so hard to contact them! Don’t purchase cloth if you not sure about size, because it is very possible you never get return money back!I returned the pants to them, and never get my money back. Even I emailed them many times, no answer at all!What a rubbish site!

I ordered a shirt & the courier sent it…
I ordered a shirt & the courier sent it to the wrong address. Courier has admitted thisHowever The golf society are now failing to acknowledge this error & rectify the issue.They refuse to accept that the courier stuffed up.I have even proven to them with photos it was delivered to the wrong address.But why is the customer the victim when I have no control over delivery?Why do they behave like this?A week later they havent done anything.Considering I paid for a shirt in good faith which has not been delivered due to a courier error please have the decency to send me the item or give me a refund

Horrible customer service and wasn't…
Horrible customer service and wasn't packed well. Looks like they don't check the product thoroughly, there was a 4 strands of long blonde hair in the plastic bag! Gross!!

Prompt reply and customer service Easy no fuss Refund.
I ordered a pair of Cross Women's Lux Chino Golf Pants. Delivery was on time. Unfortunatly the size was too small. There was no larger size availabe for an exchange. I returned my order and was refunded within 24 hours. I will order again.

Great Customer Service
I recently purchased a RLX Mens Golf Shirt for my husband. The shirt was lovely and as depicted on the website, however too large. The return was simple, the product was assessed & refund confirmed quickly. I have also previously purchased Castore Shirts from The Golf Society too, great shirts, great fit, great service. Highly Recommend.

Amazing communication
I was concerned about ordering from a website I have not dealt with before. Beautiful GFore golf shoes. The only place in Australia I could find them. There was a tiny question about delivery but my email was answered within the hour and communication was amazing. They just arrive by express post and are fabbo. Will go to them first from now on.

Poor and misleading descriptions
Poor and misleading descriptions. For an online retailer I'm shocked they won't stand by their descriptions. I bought a skort that should have been 17 inches long but was only 16 inches long at the front. Apparently I should have known that the measurement was at the rear of the garment not the front. Looks terrible on, and another inch would have made all the difference. Golf Society expects me to pay for return shipping. Not happy.
