I bought a powacaddy bag from the company and it was faulty. Communication via email was easy and quick. Alan provided an excellent service and sent a new bag out straight away. I highly recommend the Golf Trolley Store!
Spoke to Powerkaddy after a round of golf on Wednesday, following FX3 trolley problems. They identified the part which I ordered that afternoon from The Golf Trolley Store. New part arrived this morning (Friday) and was fitted by 12:30. Trolley 'as new' - great, prompt service!

I bought a Motocaddy 12V Lithium Extended battery and charger from the Golf Trolley Store and the seal on the battery failed after 49 weeks.The Golf Trolley Store was brilliant. They arranged for the battery to be collected by DPD on a day of my choice and sent out a brand new replacement, which I received within a week of contacting the store in the first place.They communicated very quickly and kept me informed along the way. Great service!I highly recommend TGTS if you want value for money and great customer service.
I needed a replacement rear golf trolley wheel urgently. This company were exceptional. The required wheel was in stock and at a very fair price. Postage was also very reasonable. To cap the transaction the goods were delivered the next day. You could not want for better. Well done
I recently bought a new electric trolley from the golf trolley store and have to say the service was brilliant. Firstly they gave me a price match so got 10% off. Delivery was free and very prompt. They then gave me a good price as a trade in for my old trolley which I packed up in the delivery box and was also collected free of charge. communication with Alan from stat to finish was spot on. 100% would recommend the golf trolley store😀😀👍👍
The customer service is fantastic. Alan very kindly offered me advice to fix an issue myself (very cheaply). He could have easily sold me a spare part but didn’t. It’s so difficult to find this human touch behind web shops! I will definitely be shopping here in the future. Just great.

I recently purchased a Motocaddy Cube push trolley through this company. As with any online purchase through a company I haven't used before there is always a little trepidation. Can recommend this store 100%. Value for money and after sales service excellent. Purchased a Motocaddy bag which arrived within a couple of days. A couple of months later I discovered a manufacturing fault. Contacted the company sent a couple of photos and within a couple of weeks received a new bag. Would have been sooner but they didn't have my colour.
Very very happy with the Thegolftrolleystore. They go out there way to make shure everything is right. I asked if they could supply a bolt for my existing brolly holder. It was there three days later no charge.
