I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 weeks. It's been 2 months, and nobody is answering even my emails or phone calls.

Total dissapointment. More than 2 months passed and nobody replies the emails and all my reminders. When I call I receive total wrong info.... waste of time, money and efforts.I do not need your products anymore! Refund all the money and keep your fanatstic products !
I had a very disappointing experience with The Home. I ordered a bed that was listed as in stock, with a delivery time of 3 days — I chose it because I urgently needed it. Almost 2 weeks passed, and the order status never changed.I called customer service twice and waited over 25 minutes each time to speak with someone. When I finally did, the operator was indifferent and gave no clear explanation for the delay.
Worst customer service ever! Total Liars, on site was written 2 weeks, now I wait 6 weeks , and still didn't receive my order! Don't Buy from them for your good!
I ordered a bed on March 17, 2025, with a promised delivery time of no more than 3 weeks. After 4 weeks, I was told it would actually take up to 6 weeks, so I decided to cancel the order.To my surprise, today July 10, they called to say the bed had just arrived.I do not recommend this store. While the products might look good, the customer service is unacceptable. It’s extremely difficult to reach them by phone. I once waited two full days just to speak to someone.I’m not the only one with this experience. I have a friend who went through the exact same thing.In short: poor communication, long delays, and unprofessional service.
The order placed in November 2024 got stuck in Turkey, then there was a fire at the respective warehouse, and similar issues continued until March 2025. After choosing to receive a refund, I waited 2-3 weeks and called several times to request my money back.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I ordered a couch more than six months ago! They told us they will be delayed with the delivery and now they are saying the couch cannot be produced because their producer is lacking wood.... The couch is still available for purchase online on their website. We also haven´t received our money back and we even pressed charges with the consumer protection. They never answer emails, they only call and promise things they cannot deliver. Do yourself a favour and do not buy anything from them!
Didn't arrive after 3 months abd the refund process was a hassle
Terrible experience. Very poor and unprofessional communication. Poorly trained people. I waited 4 months, during which time the delivery dates kept changing and I only found out about it when I wrote that they never announce. I asked for a refund.I have ordered in the past, but then it took less time, the communication was better.
I was a fool 2 times. One time, I skipped reading the reviews and was impressed by their attractive website and well-executed advertising.The second time, I paid by card. A lot of money.Everything people say in the reviews is true.The merchant does not mention that deliveries are consistently delayed. I have had to call repeatedly, and each time the lady politely explains that the delivery has encountered transportation issues or similar problems.Despite her assurances that my order would arrive “next month,” my couch has still not been delivered after six months.The same with a lighting system I ordered.I requested a refund, but I have yet to receive my money back. I have filed two complaints with ANPC, and I am now waiting for a resolution.So, don't repeat my mistakes!I have to say, though, that one piece of furniture arrived after four months (with some visible scratches from the factory on the front panel :), but as you can imagine, I don't plan on doing anything about it). I'm glad it came.
I have only received from them what was in stock. Everything listed with a waiting time, it never arrived. Estimated deliveries of 2-3 weeks turned into 3-4 months. They don’t tell you that the deliveries are delayed, you have to call them and, at this point, I think they have a script to tell the customers the delivery is pushed back by a month. And that is every month, so you never get the products.I am waiting for a refund for some products and they’ve exceeded the legal time to process the payment so I will file a complaint to Consumer Rights and Complaints (ANPC).Update: I did receive my refund, eventually, without having to file a formal complaint to ANPC. My guess is, they are quite disorganised and just can’t respect any deadlines.

They lie about the delivery time. After waiting 3 months for a sofa, i called to ask what s going on so they told me i must wait one month more and assured me it will be delivered. Two weeks after that they called me to tell me that will take at least 2 months more ( so almost double the promised delivery time, a total of at least 22 weeks instead of 12). I told them to cancel my order, and after that they stopped replying my calls and emails. Today( 2 weeks after cancellation) i received an email with the proof of returning my money ( not yet in my account 😅) and this happened only when i sent them an email letting them know that i submitted a reclamation to ANPC.
Delivery times are not respected, even for items listed as in stock, let alone those with longer estimates of 2-3 months. Many products arrive incomplete. I ordered chairs, and they came missing 4 components and with no assembly instructions.
Like many others, I was lied to about the delivery timeframe. A 12-week timeframe turned into “maybe” over a month more, with several other items still without any information about their delivery. Once you question them, they stop replying. A complete scam – avoid at all cost!
I ordered some carpets in April. they postponed me month after month until September. I'm waiting to see what happens....I definitely won't receive them I asked by email and they don't answer .... I don't recommend. totally unserious
An order that was supposed to arrive in 2/3 weeks - by what was written in their website is about to arrive after 2 months. I will attach pictures if needed, it will be in my language and not English. (Bulgarian)
Very unprofessional. They lie aboud the delivery time only so they convince you to buy. Also, after waiting 3 months for a sofa, I recieved another one!
Placed an order 10 weeks ago, which was scheduled to arrive 2 weeks ago. Tried to reach them by mail without any success and after waiting for 30 minutes on phone they just said that I have to wait another 8 weeks. It's my third order with issues and definitely my last. Do NOT order from them, they are a joke.
Very bad experience. I have ordered an item 5 weeks ago with 4-5 weeks delivery timing. After insisting 3 times over email, i found out that actually they do not even have the item i have purchased. After waiting for 5 weeks!!! I do not reccomend to anyone.Do not place orders online!
