Visited the Weybridge branch while on the last day of our holiday in the area. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly . The item I wanted was out of stock but they offered to deliver it FOC and it was waiting for us when we arrived home the next day. Great customer service.
Brilliant, Bought a candle as a present that just missed out on free delivery but they were kind enough to let me order over the phone and waive the delivery charge.This helped keep the price down and with it being a very expensive candle and a present that went a long way.
