Product was as described and shipped in the timeframe listed. It’s beautiful and a great size for my desk. Customer service responded promptly when I reached out to them to help determine the right size for my needs. Only thing out of the ordinary was that it did ship from China, which I’m not crazy about, but this company is far from the only one who does that! And I was pleased they were transparent about it. Writing this because the reviews terrified me when I read them here, but I got exactly what I paid for. Good experience.

Mars Lamp never arrived
I ordered a Mars Lamp, a replacement cord, and two keychains on Dec 9th. The keychains and cord arrived on Dec 24th. NO Mars Lamp. I contacted them, and they said it must have gotten lost in shipping. The reality is that they created a package slip and never put a package into shipment. They said they'd send another. Now, 2 weeks later, there is still no package on the way and no refund either. Also - the cord they sent does not work with our previous moon lamps. No reply from them when I asked about that. It was the only replacement cord they offered. I have tried to call the support number and I get a constant busy signal. I have tried their online chat portal, again no reply. My last order with them back in 2019 worked out great, and my kids loved their moon lamps. This time, they have taken my money and did not deliver the product. I will not be ordering again.

A lamp with a US cable
The lamp was delivered within a reasonable time period, well packed and looks in good condition. It was intended as a gift. At present, I have no issue with the product but it hasn’t been possible to use it! This is because I made an error and didn’t notice the drop down menu on the website offering a choice of cable. Although you select your country, then the price appears in UK £s, the cable actually defaults to US, making it unusable in the UK. The company say this can easily be resolved by purchasing an additional cable from them.This review is not intended as a criticism of the company, but to alert potential customers to take care when ordering…and avoid the disappointment of giving a gift that can’t be used! Please also note: the instruction leaflet is only written in Chinese!

The Original Moon Lamp worked twice on…
The Original Moon Lamp worked twice on two Moon Lamps - I often come back from work or after a few glasses of wine to just see if I can get this light which is made in China will ever work. It doesn't. When I first bought one I was with my very bright ten year old nephew (for whom it was for) and my brother (his father) who works extremely hard as a mathematician to see if we could get it to work. It didn't. 45 minutes scratching of chins, I got another sent to me for free. I think we got the new one to work once and the one that never worked which I took back worked ONCE. Both Moons now stay dusty and this afternoon I had another go. I spend hours as the moon literally gets magnetised to various areas of the wooden platform but never lights up let alone rotates. If you want to contribute to the landfill problem do buy this lamp. If you want to spend hours trying to see if you can get this to work - go for it and good luck. If you find it a good mediation/ therapy go for it for there are worse things you could do in an hour or two of your life trying to get that light to levitate let alone rotate. If you want to save your pennies and the environment do NOT buy. I find it interesting that you cannot leave a Google Review.The fact that I have spent this long on 'a review' just illustrates I've spent an hour already on this light and I put it into that part of my life which is 'I have so much to do but let's try and get that light working if not let's chuck the light and leave a review until I work out all the important things I really should be doing'.

Levitating moon lamp
Shipping was slow, but customer service was very helpful when I enquired and overall I'm happy with my moon lamp now that it's arrived. The moon itself, the lighting, and base are good quality. Love the gentle soft glow and the atmosphere it gives the room. It's really beautiful.As stated, I got the levitating lamp, and it's a bit tricky and takes practice to line up the magnets in the moon + base each time you use it. You have to do this every time (not as simple as just switching it off/on.) Also: the very bottom of the moon is dark (I'm assuming to conceal the magnet/mechanism). Because of this I have the moon lamp on a lower shelf than originally planned because I think being able to see the dark part spoils the look. I probably would've gone with the original moon lamp rather than levitating if I knew these things in advance, but I still love it.

I ordered two lamps, one Saturn and one Moon. The Saturn was a gift for a friend and she loved it. The moon was for us and we loves ours too! Makes a great mood light.

All in all a really positive experience. The product was delivered late but this wasn't at the fault of anyone but the team was incredibly responsive and I got the product.The product itself is incredibly beautiful and the pictures really dont do it justice. You will love it when you see it person. Also the build seems be to really good - I've dropped it on hard floor and it didnt crack.Would recommend.

The company is extremely unresponsive
The company is extremely unresponsive, the original email I received said the lamp would ship out in 72 hours but it did not. I've been attempting to contact them for 3 days, but no one responds to the email link, and the phone number goes no where. Abysmal communication.EDIT 02/03: I messaged them on 02/01 to finally just cancel my order. Instead, on 02/03, they respond and say it was shipped today. It has taken a month for this thing just to ship out, and when I asked that it be cancelled, they completely ignored me and sent it anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Several issues that were solved in the end.
I ordered the levitating moon lamp and it was delivered to my house as expected. It took some tries to make the lamp levitate, but I got it going. After a few days the lamp stopped responding when I pressed the button to go to the next setting. After contacting the manufacturer, and showing a video of the lamp malfunctioning I received a new base. so far so good, but with the new base the lamp was also malfunctioning. I could change the setting, but it would automatically go back to setting 1 after a few minutes. Again I contacted the manufacturer, sending them a new video and now they state "the lamp might change setting if it's on for a long time". I don't want it to change setting, it's a night lamp for my kids and the default setting is like a disco. Next to this it doesn't happen after a long time, as shown in the video it happens after a couple of seconds! I explained this again, no response whatsoever. Update: after posting this review, I was contacted by the manufacturer and they gave me my money back! So in the end, I'm not unhappy anymore.

I'm in the UK and was a bit apprehensive about delivery but I needn't have worried - full tracking information was provided and it acually arrived, really well packaged, within a fortnight of my order. Customer service is excellent and, as for the moon lamp itself, it's just fabulous! Love it.

I bought the Moon...
I bought the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn lamp. Delivery took 10 days. Very acceptable. The lamps came with their own base and are so realistic! Also their client servicing is extremely responsive, usually within a few hours. Great buy!
