The smells and product itself is great
The smells and product itself is great. Getting your product fulfilled and shipping takes way too long. Took almost a week for my order to even be fulfilled now I wait for shipping.

i sent u email but no responce, im not happy,you told me my butter popcorn got a new name but the same, i ordered them and it smells nothing like butter popcorn, not happy with some of new scents but will not order again, butter popcorn was my fav

Disappointed
Communication was very poor I was told it was going to be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. It wasn’t !! I sent a couple emails and Facebook messenger no response!! . It wasn’t that I was in a hurry. It was just I wanted to know when it was coming. I was about to cancel my order thinking it was a scam. If you’re going to have a business, you need to communicate with your customers.

Love the melts!
I received my melts soon after ordering and they smell so good! I did a great job picking based on the descriptions 😉. They are very fragrant and seem to outlast melts from the name brand I usually purchase from, even though I use less. I will definitely order again!
