West Bend Insurance is one of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever had to deal with. Their driver was clearly at fault for the damages to my vehicle — even their own representative admitted during our conversation that she felt it was their driver’s fault. Yet instead of doing the right thing, they dragged the process out for weeks, refusing to respond and claiming they were “waiting on the police report.”When the report finally came back, they dismissed it as “not verbatim” and tried to lowball me by only offering to cover 50% of the damages. This is exactly what’s wrong with insurance companies today — they refuse to stand by their own words and fail to take responsibility. West Bend Insurance does not act in good faith, and I would strongly caution anyone against trusting them.
