Kelly is completely unprofessional. She's cold, takes an unreasonable amount of time to respond, and still can't handle the simplest questions. I had to ask the same question twice just to get an answer, and their website is incredibly confusing. Absolutely unacceptable.
Awful customer service and misleading website.Ordered a picture on 18th August and paid for international shipping. Received emails today claiming an extra 90 dollars for shipping as prices on website are wrong. Don't order if you live in the UK as they wont honour prices listed on website and when you speak to customer service they will only cancel the order.Deeply disappointing experience

We never received our order and our credit card was charged about 6 weeks ago. Customer service has been no help. We may need to report them to the states Attorney Generals office.
My Cinderella Christmas picture was in good shape and I ordered on Monday night and I got it today. I love my picture so much it will look good in my room.
I am in Australia and ordered a framed canvas. It arrived with a dent in the box and dent in the wooden frame - it's clearly been dropped. I have been trying to contact Customer Support to lodge a return and get a replacement shipped and they have not responded after 3 attempts. Probably great service if you're in the US and can phone their number - but overseas support is terrible.update on this - they sent a replacement for the damaged item - but shipped it to completely the wrong address. As UPS delivered it to an Australia Post distribution facility they are refusing to provide a refund.
