I had a great experience at Madame…

I had a great experience at Madame Tussauds. The wax figures are incredibly realistic and the exhibitions are very interactive. I especially enjoyed the themed areas and taxi ride.

We didn't ask to skip the line and had…

We didn't ask to skip the line and had to pay such a high fee. Secondly, they charged us $135 instead. Scammers are everywhere, from hotel staff to taxi drivers, camel raiders, and brokers. If we had known earlier, we wouldn't have bothered to visit there.

An expensive experience .

Disappointed to find we had paid peak prices in February and so little of the attractions were available to us. The Orchids Display and the exhibition had no time slots available to us. £49 is a lot to pay in February on a weekday when you have driven a long way to get there. The gardens of course were lovely.

Some construction work going on, very busy, extremely overpriced I think there are much nice cathedrals to look around both in the UK and abroad. I actually enjoyed Westminster cathedral (which is free) more than the abbey

Got on the boat and the top deck was…

Got on the boat and the top deck was closed? Everyone was crammed on the bottom deck with most of the people sitting inside which really didn’t give the proper views that people wanted. We were lucky to get a seat outside. After a sharp turn around, where we were sitting loads of water came off the top deck and soaked my daughter. Obviously it was a very cold evening and after that the rest of the experience was not so good. Heavy rain the day before and it was quite obvious after that,that the top deck had not been cleared of water and prepared for that day of sailing. When we disembarked we found two men that worked for the company and told them what had happened and asked them why the water hadn’t been cleared from the top deck. Well,total ignorance,absolutely no understanding,no sign of apology or compassion. I came really close to actually punching one of them. And as we walked away one of them said something and my wife had to hold me back. You run a boat service? Every inch of that boat should be checked before being put into service. Next time I will DEFINITELY being using a different company!!!!

Very disorganised.

We pre-booked our tickets online to secure entry time. When we arrived they were very disorganised and very difficult for us to find the correct line to wait-in (which continued to change…not good with such long queues). Staff unhelpful.

Beautiful zoo

Beautiful zoo. The animals appear to be well taken care of. Found it a little hard to navigate around. Food and water was very over priced. $6.00 for water is outrageous.
