I availed their service in printing my invitations for my birthday. They all came in time and it looked exactly the same as the sample. The price was reasonable and I was 100% satisfied.

After so many year doing my tickets in…
After so many years doing my tickets in this company I am giving my review, to be honest I believed the service this year has been the worse, I had spoken with to many people, every time that I have a concern about my order, and my order is not ready, yet, looks like there is no communication between employees, when it come to orders, so instruction are not follow, I regret doing my tickets with this company this year and I am furious that is too late to change my order to a next company. I will not go back to this company next time, and definitely not recommending if you really want a fast service. My order is like a ping pong game just going around between employees and work not getting done

Fantastic Customer Service and Products!
This company has fantastic customer service and offers a great final product! I choose to print my save the dates from ticketprinting.com because we wanted football ticket size save the dates; they had good reviews online and were very affordable. They sent us a sample package of all the products they offer and we were able to see the good quality then. I sent off my tickets off to print and was able to get one single sheet printed to check the colors. That sample came back very dark so I contacted the company, they cancelled my original order and allowed me to fix the tickets and brighten them up. The fixed tickets came very quick and looked great! Would highly recommend this company!

I would recommend this company to anyone. We custom ordered our save-the-date cards for our wedding and they were so helpful! When we received our cards, they were different than what we were expecting and the company fixed our order and had them shipped out the next week at no charge to us. The customer service was excellent and willing to help to make our order perfect.

Will never do business again
Will never do business again. Too expensive. Dishonest representativeI purchased an order for 2000 tickets that are black and white and it cost me $263. About 30 minutes after I purchased I called to cancel as I realize I made a mistake. This was a sunday and theor office is closed. However their print staff are still working and my order was printed with me not having a chance to cancel. They offered a 40% discount on my next order If I cancel shipment. I left a review stating I was not satisfied because there were no representatives on the weekend. A representative who called me told me that she will email me a 40% off code for my next purchase. I emailed them back for it twice but I had no response. They won't even honor their word.
