I tried buying tickets online and wasted 2 hours.
I tried buying tickets online, but got stuck at the point where it asks for a phone number. I tried multiple times to put my phone number in but your program in the computer rejected it every time. Therefore, I had to call and do this over the phone. I wasted one and a half hours with this. The person who was assisting me was nice but could not seem to get anything accomplished quickly. I do not understand why she would put me on hold for 10 minutes at a time to do something which should have been easily accomplished by pressing buttons in a computer. I am disgusted with you and your your service.

What a lifesaver
I had a very confusing reservation to make for 3 family members with Brightline train. I tried to do it myself but just couldn't. I called and spoke to Ivy Carter and what a relief. She was able to book all 3 tickets for us, professionally and courteously. I really appreciate all of her help and would definitely make this call again.

I had a very negative experience with Ticket Daddy that resulted in significant financial loss and stress.I purchased two round-trip Brightline tickets through Ticket Daddy for travel between West Palm Beach and Miami. The outbound trip was fine. However, on the return trip, Brightline informed us at the station that our reservation had been moved to a later train without our knowledge.Brightline claimed they had notified me by email and phone. That turned out to be impossible—because Ticket Daddy had provided Brightline with incorrect and unusable contact information for me. The email address and phone number on file were essentially gibberish. As a result, I never received any notice of the change.Because of this error, we were denied boarding on the train we booked and paid for, missed our scheduled flight home, and incurred additional expenses and stress. This was especially troubling as we were returning from a medical appointment, and had carefully planned our travel around that flight.Ticket Daddy’s failure to provide accurate customer information directly caused this chain of events. Had my contact details been correctly transmitted, the situation could have been avoided entirely.I would strongly caution anyone considering Ticket Daddy to double-check all information or book directly with the transportation provider. This experience was costly, frustrating, and completely avoidable. The day after I posted my review of Tickets Daddy, I received a phone call urging me to remove it from Trustpilot. As an inducement, I was given a credit for future Brightline travel. The amount was insultingly small compared to the cost, inconvenience, and aggravation we experienced. It felt less like a resolution and more like another slap in the face. I will not rescind my review!!!!!!

Ticket Daddy is a scam !!They changed my Email and cancelled my bus ticket and rerouted my bus ticket to another locationThey also received a voucher for my bus ticketI wasn't aware of anything they were doing because they changed my email so I wouldn't know that they had cancelled my bus ticketWhen I contacted about the scam they never offered a refund instead they wanted to commit additional scams by offering me a voucher or a discount after refusing their offer because it's a scam they tell you they will get back with you but they will never call you back because it's a scam I even spoke to the manager and he said the same thing I will get back you but know one has ever contacted me because it's a scam but they are harassing me to pay them because I reversed the charge on my credit card because I never used their services They want me to pay for services I never used instead of just saying since you were scammed and fraud was committed I will give you a voucher for future use But instead they are harassing me for $200 and asking me who is going to pay the $200 Take the loss and leave me alone

I got a text at 3pm stating my trip on…
I got a text at 3pm stating my trip on Amtrak leaving tomorrow night had been cancelled! I spoke to Johnson who was able to book me on same Amtrak train leaving tonight at 7:42! I will still be able to make the ballet in Columbia South Carolina Friday night! Thank you Nohnson!
