Tires already wearing through but got here quickly and seem like nothing to fix
This company does not honor what they claim on their site. These people just cancel orders whenever they want, then takes 10 days for a refund. Now they’re dragging their feet responding to a different order, that is already late, so now I have to wait until Monday because pieces of shit FedEx don’t run on the weekend. The fact they use fed ex should have been a red flag for me, my mistake I WONT MAKE IT AGAIN!!! False advertisement is their M.O. just get business. I WOULD BY PASS THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Your company states Free Shipping. OK you did honor that. However website is not Transparent with HANDLING charge until after all info collected. If you need Freight costs than say so. Screw the Handling charge.
There was a handling fee added to the cost of the tires and when I checked what this was for on your website it indicated it was for packaging. I received the tires and there was no packaging associated with the tires so basically this is what I like to call a line your pocket fee a fee that does absolutely nothing for the consumer except cost them more money. I purchased another set of tires from amazon the next day and did not encounter any of these made up fees so in the future I will not be using your company for my tires.
