Made a big purchase involving several pieces of equipment for a home gym in late 2024. I have to say Jason Mercado and team were incredibly awesome! I ran into some online ordering issues, self inflicted, but Jason was able to recreate the order and send me a link whereby I could finalize the purchase. I was also able to put everything together myself within one day.I was recommended to Top Fitness by a lifelong friend who had also recently purchased a complete home gym from the Top Fitness store in Dallas. Knowing what I needed to purchase, I did my order solely online. My family uses our equipment every day without any problems.Thank You Jason and Top Fitness!

Jason was very helpful. I talked with him several times. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had some time to decide on what I needed and so as questions came up I asked and he was very prompt with a response. I felt very confident that he was providing me with great information and wonderful customer service. I went to several stores in town (big box and privately owned) and they did not provide the knowledge, patience, or customer service that I got with Jason. Other online stores were not very helpful and treated customers like an assembly line with the responses to questions etc. Jason is the reason I selected your company and the product because I felt confident that I had someone I could reach out to and rely on.

I was comparing the pricing of a product between the Precor site and a local business. As much as I prefer to support local businesses, the price for the product + delivery/set-up was simply too good to pass up. Financing options were great and my customer service experience was timely, friendly, and helpful!
We had an FT2 delivered and installed by Jay, and he did an absolutely awesome job! He was kind, knowledgeable and so easy to work with when scheduling and during our install. After he was done, he even went above and beyond and moved a dumbbell wrack and dumbbells back into the room that we moved to be out of his way. He was exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way!
