i wish i'd have read previous reviews before buying the website claims legitimate products, i bought a Steamboat Willie lego set, arrived relatively quickly but was without a box and absolutely NOT legitimate lego, which, when paying a reasonable price for the set is disappointing - i have emailed the company requesting a refund before taking them to trading standards as the website does state that it is a Lego product (false adversiting - which is illegal)

I ordered a Roblox toy specifically (Roblox Classics Series 2 - Twelve Pack) and it was delivered. When I opened it there was NO CODE. I emailed them and they said they would provide me a code in the next week. It has been over a month and still no code. I did my research and it turns out the toy was FAKE. Don't buy items from this website, they send you a wrong item and won't provide a return label. There customer service is not willing to work with you. It is such a hassle to return the item so I decided to keep it but ask for the refund for the difference of the price. Customer service insist that I return the item. They are unwilling to work with you. Such a disappointment!!!

I had ordered a plush toy from a k-pop band's official merchandising back in November 2021, and paid 210DKK (30$ roughly) with shipping included. My parcel got blocked in plenty of places, I have been exchanging emails with people in the office for MONTHS, asking MULTIPLE TIMES for a refund because the parcel wouldn't have arrived, but they skipped my request promising that they would have managed the shipping. After pushing and sending a LOT of complaints. I eventually, in FEBRUARY, managed to get another shipping of the same item, that I received in MARCH, and then revealed to be FAKE MERCHANDISING, the plush toy was FAKE AF. I hope they fail miserably.

Not even worth 1 star. Ordered a plush toy before Christmas and paid express post to ensure delivery on time. Delivery time was acceptable but not quite express, the product was poor quality and the wrong product! Emailed their customer service with pictures of what I ordered vs what I received and got a quick reply to say that they'll issue a replacement item. More than 3 months later and after almost weekly emails for an update on the resend or refund, they are still 'waiting for an update from the warehouse'. I would not buy again and would not recommend anyone to buy from here.

Ordered through this company in early December. It is now March and I am STILL waiting for the product to be sent. My emails were responded to initially saying that the warehouse would look into it and dispatch the order but now my emails are being ignored. I have given up on getting my money back and have effectively thrown $50 in the bin. Learn from my mistakes and do not trust this website. Absolute scam.

I do not recommend this site, instead of giving money back they hack your email account and try to take over accounts like Rockstar or steam. Luckily I changed my password for everything, but I'm afraid I won't get my money, I'm going to the bank soon, maybe they can do something about it...

The package arrived
The package arrived. I sent it back to their Hong Kong address as requested even though it was sent from a Melbourne address which would have been much cheaper $50+ Postage later! I Have proof of delivery back to sender which I emailed them and have emailed several more times requesting a refund. I am still waiting. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank. Please do not buy from this company. If only I had seen this page I would not be out now $200 in total. I hope my bank can work the magic and get my money back.

WARNING!!! Do not order from this company. It says shipping should take 5-12 days. It took over 3 months. And the product box was opened, and some of the contents are broke. The shipping package was not opened, but they still blame everything on customs. But I have verified with the postal company and this package was not opened in customs or by the postal company. It also says on the package shipment date, which was six weeks after I did the order, and two weeks after I asked about status where they said it was stuck in customs.
