Customer service was exceptional

Customer service was exceptional! Fast and very helpful responses and if I had a hard time understanding anything it was easy to call and always talk to a person who was very helpful. 10/10 recommend

Great customer service!

I had a few questions on my course with Train Agents and was impressed with the quick response of their customer service staff and the explanation I received. It was great to speak with a live person! Thank you for your guidance. Would highly recommend!

Truly garbage

Truly garbage. The material is jumbled. They clearly did not put much effort into making the program. Many typos. No continuity. The titles of each section rarely match with what he's teaching. Will repeat the same exact thing in multiple slides. Talks about one thing, moves on to something else, then comes back to the original topic with out making any sort of connection. Some of the exams test you on info he has not covered yet. The guy expects us to be able just follow his train of thought. Very poorly made. Please try another program. Don't get stuck with this one like I did.

New system no bueno

Their new system has thrown me off so much. Not as easy to navigate like their first. I’ve had to stop going forward with my classes because it is completely different. I’m so sad and upset because I could have been done by now

Highly Recommended

I used this school to get my online realtor courses and sold my first house within 2 weeks of being licensed! I made $11,000! I cant believe I waited so long to do this and I want to give a shout out to Robert, he was a great help to me! I will recommend these guys everyone.

Loved the Communication I Received!!

First of all I just I just passed my State exam!! Thank you so much!!! I was a student on the their previous website and began taking courses which I was happy with. Then they switched to the a new website and it looks very nice. I'm most happy about the customer service they have given. I finished most of my courses on the old site and they moved those courses to the new one and set me right where I left off. I understand launch bugs happen and I've encountered a few and reached out to them and they've been very responsive and had it fixed in a matter of hours. They even sent a video to show how to navigate better and what browser works best, it was nicely done and I learned more about the site and the features they are going to be adding. Thank you Train Agents!!!

I used trainagents.com 11 years ago to get my real estate license and also passed the state exam on the first try. Most of the agents in my office uses them for renewal hours and even uses them to help recruit new agents to the office. We really love the staff and they just couldn't be nicer. They get a solid 5 stars from me!

Terrible Company

Terrible company with awful customer service! I started working on my courses last summer and I was on the last course. Then in March they decided to completely change their website without warning. I couldn't get in for several days and then they had to reset my information so I could get in once the new site was up. All of my work was gone! I wrote to them and they restored some of it but did not put me back to where I was and the two study courses I had available before are not there at all. I would have completed my final two chapters and the final if I had known they were planning this. It is not okay to set a student back because you don't have it together. And I hate the new site! It is slow and the chapter tests are done one question at a time now. Just completely different than what I was used to. I want my money back but the only response I received was not kind or understanding or helpful in any way. It just said to give them time to set everything back to how it was. So I waited a month and just logged in now, nothing has changed.Update: Just received the response from Train Agents and I have two comments to add. One, it is their responsibility to know where their students were, not our responsibility to tell them where we think we were. Your new set up is completely different and all I can tell you is I had two chapters left on the last course before the change but, before the change, the final course had 27 chapters and now it only has 17 if I remember right. Second, you have not sent any email, I even checked junk, but sounds good. I will reach out but I don’t expect a good result because clearly you are not ready to take any responsibility.

New site looks great

They improved their site (I thought it was fine to begin with but this one is nice too, especially because it has audio). I had an issue today but they returned my call within an hour of my message and were friendly and walked me through everything.

they said that they will give you 110%…

they said that they will give you 110% of your many back if you don't pass the exams !DONT believe them , and most of the stuff that I face taking the exam its not in this course !!! thank you !

The website has been down for more than…

The website has been down for more than a week and everyday I check to see if it, the website is up. Below Is a copy of the 2nd date on the website. MARCH 31, 2020 UPDATE Thank you so much for your patience! We are launching today 3/31/2020!!! We are planning on rolling out our live site at 6pm pacific time and it could be sooner. Thank you for your support during this process. It's April 1st!! What date will be next? I have been calling and emailing and have not received a response. I left several messages and no one has bothered to call me back. I want my money back! I will be reporting this company "Train Agents " to the Better Business Bureau!!!! The company should have been more professional about this and reached by email or at least return my call.

their website is down for more than a week and they have not bothered to inform the students by email when it will be live again. you call and can never speak to anyone. leave a message they dont call you back. sent an email and got an automated response that website is down but no mention of when it will be back. It seems to be a ghost. how does the state allow this company to continue offering courses?????

Does anybody know if were gong to get our money back for this website being down ? At first I thought ''oh maybe its just my laptop or my internet" but I can log on to everything else fine and now the website doesn't even pop up at all. if the website is going to be down the LEAST that could be down is our money given back or percentage of our money giving back for the inconvenience
