I spent a month In Australia using travel group to make the booking. I was put in substandard accommodation and paid almost double the going rate to the agency. Also I had several transfers that were messed up and very poor support once on the ground. I recommend anyone using them check the premiums they charge for the accommodation they provide.
Rowan was extremely helpful in suggesting the perfect itinerary and lodging partners for my clients who were celebrating a milestone birthday. During the quoting process as well as after the reservations were made, he answered all of my questions with great detail (and patience!). Once in Kenya, my clients had an amazing experience, and they have been continuously raving about the lodging and staff. They noted the level of service was outstanding, and the trip went beyond what they had imagined. Now I look like a rock star, thanks to Africa Answers.
This is my third time working with Sarah Potter & I can honestly say after 43 years of being in this business I know my clients are in good hands. I've given Sarah some last minute & complicated itineraries to South East Asia and results have always worked out wonderfully. The difficulty of working with time zone issues waiting for answers is always hard but Sarah contacted me after business hours with important answers and updates. My clients are not the easiest to deal with but Sarah always worked with patience and grace. That is a true gift in this crazy business.
