I booked a flight last night through Travelo pick somehow my last name was incorrect when I called the firs lady was rude and put me on hold long time while on hold I called the same number from my work phone and got a different agent and he had it ready to change in two minutes, but he said it was gonna be $100 to change my last name on the ticket to print the new ticket (all electronic by the way tickets in email not physical lol) at the same the first lady that had me on hold still, came back on and said it was gonna be $125 to change my last name smh i was like wait what?!? So I hung up with both of them and called back to talk to a manager and got a third rude person who put me on hold for an extended period of time Amd i just hung up. Of course, like scammers they blew my phone up for about 10 minutes trying to get me to re-answer Long story short I called Delta airlines myself although there was a long hold (45 min) before I ever talked to a person but when i finally did the agent at Delta was very nice and very helpful and she changed my no problem free of charge. Although they'll book your ticket, this is still a scam imagine my surprise when I googled them and saw that this is how it goes with them I will never use them and I'm going to leave as many bad reviews on as many platforms i can find and talk about them on all the podcast i visit. Thank you. For living up to the Google reviews I pray Jesus works in each person's life that works for this company. I pray Yahwey, Lord Jesus fills each one of y'all with the Holy Spirit. May The Lord Jesus bless yall. Please be better people to other people you might need somebody to be good to you one day

I called because the basic fare for Aeromexico only allows 22 lbs for carryon luggage, and our luggage would be heavier, plus my husband needed to check a bag. I spoke to Marshall, who explained I had 2 options; pay a fee for the luggage, or get a business class upgrade that's being promoted right now. I chose the upgrade. Marshall changed our flight info and emailed us the new one. I had paid $300 in the fall to cancel the flight, but the airlines refused the request, so I was supposed to get the $300 back. It hadnt been refunded due to a glitch, but Marshall listened to the situation, and started the refund process for me. Marshall did a fantastic job - he listened, he cared enough to look into the refund issue, he gave me options for getting my over 22 lb. luggage on the flight, and he spoke clearly, and was very polite. I just wanted the airlines to know that Marshall is truly acting in a professional manner - thank you!

Travelopic Deserves a "0"!
How can I give them a "0"? They sold me travel insurance, then told me it was not valid. Is it legal to sell insurance if it won't be honored? How do I reguster a complaint to my state insurance commissioner? When I did have to cancel, they declined the claim, said I didn't have all the forms. Tried again, denied. I appealed, they denied, I appealed again, they denied. A service employee mamed Sheila Fagan emailed, said give me a few days. "I try to get this cleared up for you". Nothing. Then a few weeks later got a voicemail from a "Supervisor" named something like "Alisha Cast or Vast". She said it shouldn't have been sold, but "to make things right", they would "give a full refund" of ticket and insurance. I was overjoyed! That was nearly six weeks ago...and you guessed it... nothing. I called to check on the refund after a month, and they said they did not have a Supervisor or any employee by that name. RUN...or FLY... away from this company as fast as you can. It will not be a pleasant experience, tho' those I spoke with were pleasant and polite. Between the ticket and the additional cost of insurance, I lost abou$700 to them. I will NEVER do business with TRAVELOPICK again. Grrrrrrr!!!!

I had a negative experience at first and left a bad review. But then they called me and resolved my issue in a more positive way. My hope is still that the negative review will be taken into consideration for future rates for customers. I really do like using travelopick for my airfare.
