This is an honest review about Omni Pool BuildersThe crew that is sent out for every part of the process is great. But I have to say their customer contact is very poor. They have an app “Buildertrend” to communicate thru. Bullet points about the build are put on there. BUT you ask questions and they never are answered. You must track them down and try to call on the phone. Also we had a brick walk way put in on one of the sides. You would expect it to be straight. It was not. No way was this shown during consult like this. And it would have cost more money to tear out at this point. No one said a thing about this. No one being the team until many phone calls were made. And then it was too late. I have friends that want to put in landscape and pools. I cannot recommend Omni Pools.
