I've been in a few hotels over the last 35 years , this is by far the worst. We had a ground floor room with bars out side and no sound proofing on the windows , including one that wouldn't shut properly. The room had no where to hang your clothes .The curtains wouldn't close . And no room in the bathroom to move . Won't be staying here again. When I mentioned it to the receptionist after the first night , I was promptly ignored . Great location, bloody expensive, not recommended.

The Tune Hotel Liverpool
Hi. I was in the Liverpool Tune hotel last September 2024 I paid £316 for 3 nights I was about to book again for this September and the price for the same 3 nights has more than doubled it’s now £636 can someone explain? Because I know things have cost a bit more and wages have increased but for god sake this is robbery by the way I enjoyed I really enjoyed my stay

I stayed at the tune hotel in Liverpool, the room was adequate for what I paid for, the staff were amazing and fully accommodating.

I'm giving this hotel 1 star just because I messaged the hotel just before we arrived about something and I received a reply straightaway. So this was a good point.Otherwise this place is not worth the £125 a night I paid. If I'd paid £50 a night I'd have been OK. It's tiny. The courtyard view isn't really a view. The bedside table fell apart! And there isn't any worktop space to put anything. It doesn't have tea or coffee facilities in the room. This last one was probably my own fault for not checking. But I've never been in a hotel in the UK that hasn't had a kettle so I didn't think I needed to! There isn't a wardrobe, just a hook with hangers and there isn't any drawers. Also the bathroom sink plug didn't pop out so we have left the bathroom sink full of water ! I did mean to mention this when we left but I'll be honest I forgot! On the plus side. The shower was lovely and it was clean.I'm just really disappointed with this room. Maybe I shouldn't expect much for £125 a night anymore !

I am using the tune hotel website to book a room, the overall is looking good and well, BUT it could be better if there have the option for changing the languages.

Liverpool Tune Hotel
Liverpool Tune Hotel - Castle StreetThis hotel has been accommodating. Its a great location within the city with everything nearby. The staff are friendly, the manager Marta went above and beyond to help me with a query even after I had stayed. Really great service - thanks Tune Hotel 🏨

Liverpool Castle Street is a dump
Liverpool Castle Street, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. £125 a night for a room that didn't match the size in the photo, had poo stains and hair on the torn bedsheets, the shower tray was covered in paint, the (glass!) bathroom door didn't lock and the bed was horrible. Moved to a bigger room, with windows, but no twin bed. TV in this room didn't work, horrible night's sleep on the bed, ventilation awful, room stank of smoke and chips in the morning. Bathroom door barely locked.Bedside lamp knackered, flickeringly madly, so couldn't ever read. Moved to a third room, again with incredibly uncomfortable bed, *exact* same issue with the light. Bathroom door locked, tho. For £30 a night you could maybe call this acceptable, but we at least got a complimentary can of Diet Coke instead of a refund. AVOID unless you literally no other options in the city.

My boyfriend and I were on a stay at Tune Hotel Edinburgh at the end of January and were very excited about the clean rooms and the sweet staff at the reception. We will definitely visit them again. Thanks for a pleasant stay!
