I should have checked the reviews first…

I should have checked the reviews first before ordering: Just to make this simple, the shipping people have a mind of their own and don't give a crap about you nor providing customer service. Never received the TV and schedule days never came. Ive call my CC Company and reversed all charges. BEWARE, DONT EVEN BUY FROM THE COMPANY. Go spend the extra money on a well know TV suppler

This site is a COMPLETE SCAM

This site is a COMPLETE SCAM. I bought a TV from them twice but never got shipped. When you place an order online, they will send you an email a couple of days later to call them to confirm the order. You call them and they will try to sell you something else for higher price and if you insist they say, this item is out of stock and is on back order or some other shiiit. Please do not waste your time here. They advertise lower price but you will never receive it. The two other stores that do the same are: Abes of Main and eBuy USA. I bought from them as well but they do exactly the same. Beware....

Horrible company - illegal operations

Horrible company, stay clear! Bait & Switch. They call to "confirm the address" but really try to sell you an "upgrade"It's a horrible scam. If you don't answer or confirm, you never get your product at the price they quoted you. They should be shut down.

WARNING

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUNNING SOME TYPE OF SCAM!THEY DO NOT DESERVE A ONE RATING THEY DESERVE A ZERO!On 11/30/15, I purchased a Samsung 4K Curved 65" Smart TV for $2,000.00 with a 5 year warranty for an addition $319.99 from the TVsuperstore.com website. On March 3, 2018, I contacted TVsuperstore.com to inform them that the TV was not working properly. I explained to them that the TV has a message that says, "Check that the device is connected properly, then try turning on the device by selecting the button below," however the button we are told to push does not respond and the TV randomly shuts on and off by itself. This is very concerning because it could cause a fire. The salesperson said that we needed to call Samsung and that they will help us troubleshoot the problem. We called Samsung and they told me call the Warranty Company back because they could not fix the problem over the phone that they would need to send someone out to fix the problem. We called the Warranty Company back to explain to them what Samsung said to do and it has been 6 weeks and they still have not sent anyone to my home to even look at the TV. My family and I have called this company multiple times but they put us on hold for 20 min. or longer at a tim and then when they do pickup they tell us they will call us back, but they never do.On May 8, 2018 I called my credit card company I purchased the TV on and asked them if there were anything they could do like withdraw the funds because they will not honor the warranty. They said they did not cover warranties. However, the Credit Card customer service gentlemen did offer to call the company and tell them they needed to honor their warranty and at that time they told him that they ordered my TV a New Panel. That was the first time anyone informed us of that and then they said it would take awhile to come because it was coming from China. A few days later I called Samsung to ask them how long does it take a part to be delivered from Samsung and he said up to 3 days. The Samsung person said that it does not take a month and a half to receive a part and to call them back to find out what is taking them so long to fix my TV. I called TVsuperstore back and once again they told us they have to send someone an email and they would call us back. Its been three days now and they still have not contacted us back. TVsuperstore.com is running some type of scam. They are selling warranties and are not honoring them. My family and I are very upset and concerned that this Company is not honoring our warranty. Furthermore, Samsung TV's should not break in two years and two months. I also asked Samsung to do something about this problem and they have also refused to honor their product. A $2000.00 Samsung TV should not stop working in two years and two months. Samsung is also refusing to honor their name and products because their one year warranty expired, this is outright wrong. I will not purchase another Samsung Product.

Bought an advertised 90 inch tv then…

Bought an advertised 90 inch tv then was told it was an older model and I should order the newest model for 2k more. I ordered this model and it was delivered three weeks after it was promised. The tv broke after a few months and I was told to go to Sharp as it had a one year warranty. Sharp refuses to honor the warranty as they are an unauthorized dealer. I now have a 7 thousand dollar wall fixture that doesn't work and no recourse. These people should be put in jail.

Bait and switch

Bait and switch, they call and lie in telling you that you ordered an older model than what they posted and that you ordered, and that it's another $600 to upgrade to the model that you ordered.

Customer Service Sucks

They were great through the initial purchase, but after that don't expect anything from them. I purchased my TV in 2013, bought a warranty with it, couldn't remember if I purchased a 3 or 5 year, and I misplaced my paperwork. I have called twice been transfer to different departments to no avail, I have emailed twice was told to put attn: Neil and still no answer. There customer service sucks. Don't buy from them go somewhere else.

Over charged my credit card …

Over charged my credit card. I called to calmly and professionally let a manager know or maybe it was the owner, he said it was not over charged. I calmly and professionally confirmed the exact amount over charged and he yelled at me " you no trust me !?!! I no sell to you " !!! click.. " he canceled the order. Then I read around 60 more bad reviews leading to canceled orders of obvioisly broken before shipped then run around wont refund so loss of money or royal pain to finally collect refund after help. Or never shipped at all or arrived smaller size or lower end model or cpmpletelty wrong brand or wifi doesnt work or display flaws exc.. Also consistent with Cliffs dealz, east coast TVs, storenvy, and all the too good/cheap to be true north east crew of scammers reviews was "claimed it was a new tv but it arrived scratched up bad with lots of obvious signs of previous owners". The biggest scam out of all was the after purchase is made bait and switch. A call/email after a few days explaining "the TV is an over seas model it will cost more money to get the U.S. model" or "we are actually sold out and for a lot more money you can upgrade models or the same model with more performance". But its the same model# ? That doesn't exist, it would be a different model#. 5 good reviews out of 60 bad ones acuratly places these guys at a "spread the word these guys should be in front of a judge" status. For companies like these still in business negative stars should be an option.

F rating by Better Business Bureau

I do research before buying from any company. They have an F rating by the Better Business Bureau. Beware! As usual, if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

I had the typical bait and switch …

I had the typical bait and switch experience. So, I filed a complaint with the New York State Attorney General Office. I encourage everyone else to do the same thing. With enough complaints, these folks will be put in jail. That will successfully close down their fraudulent business.

Run,don't look back from these scam …

Run,don't look back from these scam tvsuperstores. I saw online for Samsung 82 inch TV for $2499. I put in my order on 12/17/2017. Next day, I received email from them to call Larry to confirm my order. I was on the phone waiting for 10 minutes and Larry told me the TV I ordered was made in Asia and has no warranty. He also asked me why i did not sign the waiver form. I told him i never received the form and if you email it to me,i will sign it.He told me that I would have to purchase the one made in Mexico for $3299 because the one i ordered was made in Asia and the quality is no good. I told him, I want the model that I saw on ad and the one i ordered. He started to raise his voice at me and told me that TV is blah...blah...blah..He asked me why I ordered 82 inch TV anyway?. He tried to upsell me a different TV for a lot more money. I told him to cancel my Order and he just hung up on me. Now i have to check my CC constantly for unauthorized charge. These guys are crooks. I don't know How they stay in business.

FYI there is no Other version of the TV …

FYI there is no "Other version" of the TV you are looking for , there are no sub contractors, or slightly made different or slightly less quality... It's just a 100% counterfeit and BS... Ebuyusa.com is another scam-site, selling TV's made by a third party/sub contractor(lies)... I asked LG to look them and they said that those weren't their TV's... ( AND DO NOT BUY THE "BETTER" or "LEGIT" Model from them they will not sell you an official TV EVER!!!!

Epson 5040 Projector

I ordered the Epson 5040 ub model for $1799, but was told I needed to call back to confirm my order. After speaking to one Rep he told me there was a newer model out that had a better color processor in it, and upsold me to a $2,600 package that he promised would come in black instead of white, but it doesn't. He also promised me a ceiling mount, which didn't come and so I had to call and request it, and they shipped one to me. They also promised it would come with 2 pairs of 3D glasses, but it didn't, and I have now been on the phone for a couple hours over the past few days trying to speak to Michael about it, they say he is busy, or isn't in the office, or that they sent him an email and promise he will call me back but he still hasn't Very deceitful, dishonest and unethical...shouldn't be in business...avoid this company at all cost!!

When it seems too good to be true it is

Placed the order and waited the requisite 7 to 10 business days for delivery and on 11 when the merchandise had not arrived I went on line to find that they had cancelled the order- No notice no explanation Trying to resolve it impossible- Then I discovered that they sell "gray market" re-boxed products so I guess I was lucky.

Unauthorised seller / LG will not honor warranty

Unauthorised seller according to the LG website. Their description says OLED TV's come with the LG 1 year factory warranty. I contacted LG, informed me TVSuperstores is not an authorized LG dealer and if TV required repair, LG will not honor warranty repair claims from unauthorized dealers.Buyer beware !!!!!!

I ordered a TV from their online site

I ordered a TV from their online site, since it was 10% lower than any of the competitors. I did receive an initial email within hours of the sale, stating the "order has been received and is being reviewed". Just as expected, a whole week later, a new email insisting that I call in to "confirm my order", with Michael. After waiting for 10 min., this guy comes on asked why I never returned a "waiver form", accepting that there's no warranty on this "3rd party, asian made device". I informed him that no such form was sent, but if he oould email it, I would be glad to review it. He claimed that he couldn't send it directly, because it would be sent from "the distributor", and that could take a few days.
