Lovely Diamond art
The website has so much choice and is reasonably priced even when taking shipping and other extras into account as they have special offers on the more you buy. I have always received my orders and it is rare that something is wrong. The occasions on which I have had to contact them, they have always been helpful and courteous.

Very quick
Received a email saying that I ordered cross stich instead of diamond painting and they sorted that out for me straight away and all so that was unable to get one picture as it was out of stock but they could replace it with another which I was very happy with. Very quick and efficient.

My mistake fixed in record time
I ordered a custom diamond painting and somehow managed to not upload my chosen image. This morning I received an email informing me of my oversite and whin a few short hours received a reply to inform me that my order would now be processed a soon as possible. I was thrilled as I didn't expect to hear from customer service for several days. L am forward to getting my kit and well done to all in customer service

Excellent products and service always happy with products, take time to complete as with all diamond paintings but look stunning when finished especially the DIY crafts, notebooks, clocks, bags make lovely gifts, the children love the keychains at Christmas

Excellent Excellent, service I ordered some diamond paintings from Diamond Painting Gifts on the 10/2/25, on the 18/2/25 I received an email from DPG saying one of my items was out of stock, they wouldn't be getting any more in.Would I like to replace this item so I picked something else sent an email back, DPG didn't receive the email.My parcel got dispatched on the 21/2/25 with everything I ordered except one item (as it's out of stock) at the moment waiting for some more to come in once it comes back into stock they will send it out to me.As I said I placed the order on the 10/2/25 it arrived 28/2/25.I am going to order from this company again.
