The workload was overwhelming
The workload was overwhelming, and the expectations were unrealistic. Despite being a small team, we were often assigned far more tasks than could reasonably be accomplished within our working hours. This led to burnout and a high turnover rate, yet management seemed indifferent to the impact this had on both productivity and employee well-being.

Working for Ulfix
There was a noticeable lack of effective leadership. Management often failed to provide clear direction and support, which left employees feeling undervalued and confused about their roles.The workload was consistently unmanageable, with unrealistic expectations set without sufficient resources or support. This led to high stress levels and burnout among employees.
