Never had any issues, just brilliant service
I had a query for two games I purchased a lil while back. In a nutshell, brilliant customer service, fast and reliable. Will not hesitate to buy my games from here going forward

I bought a key and never received it. I contacted support, and after several emails, I suddenly received a GOG Galaxy account, which I didn't want. They couldn't deliver the key I had purchased and offered a refund, which also never happened. I've opened a case with PayPal. Never again!
Scam company do not buy all these 5 star reviews their fake these people dont give anything they just want ur money customer support doesnt even work only buy from this company if u wanna be scammed.
They say the key is good for worldwide use. What they give you is an Indian key and instructions for a VPN. Even with the VPN, it does not redeem, because my account is a UK account and Microsoft knows that. When you explain this to them, they start asking to remote in to your computer. I went to Paypal and got a refund instantly. Do not trust this company, they are not legitimate.
Most worthless site on the web somebody has to do something about this POS company
Totally unserious. They wanted me to sent in my ID etc even though they already took my money. Immediately filed a refund and PayPal gave me my money back in seconds.
Made a big order for a few cd keys, the amount was above 80 euros.. The only thing that I got from this site was a "please wait" message, as my transaction was already submitted. I waited a while, but nothing. I checked my bank-app, and the payment was already completed, but keys nowhere to be found! I contacted their support, explained the issue, provided them with a screenshot of the transaction, of a bank statement(!!) and any other info that they wanted me, and after a few back and forth, instead of manually granting me the keys or at least put the amount back in my account to do the order again (you know, just in case they dont want to lose money), they deny everything!! Suddenly not a single proof of mine is a reason for a refund! Unbelievable "support". BIGGEST SCAM, STAY AWAY! I AM DISPUTING THIS, AND I WILL REPORT THEM ALSO!
Key delivery was a little slow but it was sent to my email in the end, they handily linked a free VPN extension that took about 30 seconds to add to my browser and no further problems, key is redeemed. Not as bad as some people seem to make out here, made me anxious for nothing?...
So for starters, their pricing is dishonest. Most stores list their final price, Gaming Dragons is not one of those, there's an unlisted transaction fee you'll only see when you go to checkout.Ordered product, listed as in stock with their 5 minutes to 2 hours promise. Two hours later? Nothing. The following morning there's a Paypal email notifying me of a refund without a word of explanation. The only reason I'm rating two star rather than one is that I didn't have to go chasing the refund myself like so many others apparently have.
Ridiculous!! asking me copy of ID. Seriously???maybe want may credit card details too? I did purchase a game £10 worth or a gun or don't know kind of secret stuff? What a heck??? Money was taken off my paypal send me a code!! What confirmation of my personal details would do??? Why this wasn't told me before I placed an order or before confirming purchase? Like the thing about VPN????
I got email with verification i said "no thank you, i wont be sending any Documents" and never got a respond
I wanted to buy super mario party for the switch. the payment went very well. However, when I tried to activate the game on the Nintendo EStore, they tell me that the code has already been used. So far I've asked for a refund but haven't heard back yet.
Sold a region-locked product that needed a TOS-breaking VPN to redeem, without clearly stating that this was the case on the product page, besides an incredibly vague note that "additional instructions for redeeming in your region" will follow, how does that make clear the use of a VPN will be needed? It doesn't - it's shady and the company knows full well it is.Need evidence for such? After my complaint and dispute on PayPal they changed the name of the product to include "[VPN Activation]" and used it against me, forgetting that their order emails include the full title of the products purchased, where a mention of VPN is nowhere to be seen. Oops!I was contemplating dropping the case as it's not worth my energy, but after seeing so many people here go through the same thing and then them emailing back to deny changing anything, that was the final straw - now it's about principle.Give me my money back and stop deceiving customers to make your products seem more attractive. If it needs a VPN to redeem outside of a specific region, STATE THAT - don't drop vague hints and point to it as if you were being transparent.Companies like yours need to disappear, there is no room for your deceptive business practices.UPDATE: They continued to act like I'd missed obvious warnings (added after the sale) and made desperate threats to have my accounts banned and lawyers contacted, all to avoid admitting fault and doing the right thing. The irony is if they'd just held their hands up and refunded me, that positive outcome could potentially have convinced me to return as a customer in future, here they lost their money and a return customer.Because yes, PayPal obviously refunded me. This is a message to anyone else dealing with their bullying and harassment and thinking of dropping the case, DON'T. PayPal know a scammer when they see one and they will refund you, no questions asked.
Well I ordered a game from this website, didn't get my key after a 3 hour wait. I tried to contact support but no response. I searched online since this was a new store and saw the bad reviews. Luckily I bought the game through paypal and requested a refund which funny enough they immediately paid out. After I got my refund I got an email from the website that I disrupted the payment and should contact them for support.
Shocking service, avoid this company. I bought an XBox game from them and when they contacted me they tried to make me use a VPN to pretend to be in Argentina to claim it. Had to threaten them with Paypal and MS reports to get a refund.EXTREMLY DISHONEST and condescending company to deal with, use one of the many good companies instead.
Bought a key for almost 10 euros, first time purchasing, invalid key.
He adquirido 2 juegos hasta el momento y no tengo queja.——————————————————I’ve purchased two games so far, no complaints.
I bought The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass for Switch and the key was never sent to my email.
The moment i set an order for GTA 5 the key came to my email in a blink of an eye its amaziing!! Best service by far, hm hm this experience here surpassed the G2a experience i had, well done Gaming dragons   :D
Was skeptical at such a low cost but went ahead and chanced it and its working
