Really bad awful customer service, continuously delaying the product, and when i emailed they didnt reply for weeks and this happened 3+ times. Not good customer service even though the product looks great, would love to have tried the stem i ordered but the service ruined it for me and i probably wont shop here again. Wanted to cancel my order and they still dont reply.
Ordered at 38teeth bash guard for my bike when it turned up it didn’t fit my bike as it rubbed against chain ring when I peddled, I messaged the shop asking for help they asked for pics so I sent them and there reply was “it’s fits fine” so I showed them were it rubs and they ignored me
Whilst ordering from Unite can mean waiting a little for your product to arrive due to manufacturing time, the end result is totally worth it. Great customisation options, and the product itself is well thought out and finished to a great standard. A really innovative chain guide system.
- "Free Worldwide shipping" from the UK applies to New Zealand, but not to Norway.- Currency and price changed between basket and checkout. I noticed that only after I placed the order. Contacted them immediately on WhatsApp, but they refused to cancel the order or refund the excess charge (up by about 17%). The next day I emailed them and asked again to refund the difference between quoted price and actual withdrawal. So they canceled the whole order.Now (few days later) it seams that the webshop currency issue is fixed - and the price for this item is higher.
We were a reseller of Unite. Warranty claim stays unanswered, we contacted them by e-mail and their What's App but they don't take responsibility for their bad quality and defects. 2 of 5 stems have got a defective screw thread. The Cerakote coating literally falls off just by looking on it, it's nothing about the so called durable coating. Don't waste your money for these junk products.
Awesome! very nice UK made CNC machined parts. A good ''Hope'' equivalent. I ordered a stem and it arrived the very next day, even though I didn't choose the faster delivery option. The stem is a thing of beauty too. great to support a UK brand.
