Carrier driver came exactly on time. Call me before arrival. Very courteous and helpful. Car was delivered in as is condition before promise date. You never called us yesterday like you…
You never called us yesterday like you said you would! That tells me you have no professionalism or integrity in your business practices. We need to know that as a company representative we can trust you , and at this point I'm not sure we can trust you or your company to deliver what you say. Word of advise take your money and run as far away from this sham of a company as you can. They are a complete fraud!

I own a trucking company based in Arizona. I warn anyone looking for transport services to stay away from United Routes LLC they are a group of third party freight brokers who are manipulators by hiring companies and then not paying their invoices as per the contract. They over charge their clients by far and Vince and Lee have zero experience in this industry and are crooks. United Routes LLC is a fraud.

Getting the car was stressful
Getting the car was stressful. We waited 50 min at the airport for the shuttle. There is NO ONE to call. I was unsure if I was in the right place, or if a shuttle was coming. I was 5 min away from faking UBER. Once we took the 20 min ride to the car lot, it was another 30 min before we were in a car.All that said, the car was clean, and drop off was seem less.

Absolutely flawless
Absolutely flawless! I filled out a couple online quotes and waiting for the emails to come in, not only did I get the email, but I got a phone call to discuss the quote. Once I was ready to go, I called Patrick back and the ball started rolling, my car was pickup up quickly, and the driver called ahead to make arrangements (which made it easy, since I had someone dealing with the car on the other side of the US) once the car was picked up, it was only a couple days to Michigan, where the driver once again made arrangements ahead of time to drop the car off. I can’t say how impressed I was with the whole process, it was almost effortless. I know who I’m calling to ship my next car. I even shopped around a bit, and tried a fairly popular shipping website, but United Routes was still the best choice.

Reliable car shipment
Excellent company which communicated well throughout the transportation process. Car arrived in perfect condition, with boxeditems inside all intact.They cost a bit more than other companies but do not "outsource"the cars to other shipping companies along the way.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Early in July this year, on the recommendation of the seller, I arranged with United Routes to transport my car from Portland, Oregon to Austin, Texas. The car was eventually delivered at night, in a WalMart parking lot some 3 days late after multiple calls to their dispatch.From other reviews, it appears that "night time" delivery often is used to "mask" close delivery inspection. It was not until two weeks later when the car was being serviced on a hoist that fresh and clearly transit damage to the front under panel and bumper were found. After asking for a repair quote, now, 2 months later United Routes continue to are deny any liability suggesting that it is the transport drivers fault and refusing to provide me with a copy of their transit insurance policy. Calls are no longer being answered (despite originally trying to sound concerned as in "I'm talking with tour president right now to discuss your claim etc.). Do not do business with this "boiler room" outfit as they take your money and run!
