Can’t be trusted, not recommended!
I recently had a very disappointing experience with them. We reached out to them for a quote to pick up a vehicle from an out-of-town location. They promptly provided a quote, which we confirmed, and they assured us that they would pick up the vehicle on the agreed-upon date.However, on the day of the scheduled pickup, we heard nothing from them. After waiting, we reached out for an update, only to be told that they had forgotten to inform us that they had to cancel our pickup. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable.Their oversight caused significant inconvenience, as we could have arranged for alternative services had we been informed in a timely manner. I do not recommend Unlimited Auto Trans for vehicle as our experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
