these wigs are not 100% human hair i am so hurt right now. I suffer from hair loss so I wear and buy wigs all the time. I wash the wig and it matted up, I had to trash it. please be aware before buying any wigs from this company.
This company is one big fat fraud. No order confirmation email. I paid with Afterpay. The order email to Afterpay doesn’t work. The customer phone number on the site doesn’t work. All platforms should band them from advertising.
Scam scam scam do not buy from uolova! I purchased a wig and got no email from them therefore no tracking number no info about my purchase. Tried to call “customer service” but number is out of service . Shame on them
Bad Company!!! I wish I can give them a zero this company is a rip off , do not order from them I purchased 2 wigs from them since months ago still have not gotten my wigs or money back , they have several addresses and contact phone numbers in Texas and New York as well Please do not order from this company they just take your money don't respond to your messages and emails they are clearly a rip off and should be put out of business!!!
I would like to give this company 0 starts. Please don’t buy any hair with this company, they scammed me, I bought a wig for $340 and 2 weeks after I still didn’t get the wig, tracking number or any information about it . I tried to call nds email them but no answer. Please don’t waste your money here UPDATE: I try to contact the company but it was impossible.when I bought it I use Sezzle as payment methods. I open a dispute with my bank and Sezzle and 4 days after I received my refund. Honestly, don’t waste money or time buying with this company.
I bought my first wet n wavy wig and I received it on time. Then I bought two more wigs in February and I’ve not received it . The last time I checked, it says it’s being processed. I’ve tried calling the customer service but no response. Don’t buy from them. My order number is 84439. I saw them on instagram for the first time.I’m going to lay a complaint against them on instagram.
I agree with everyone else about their wigs DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this company the wig I purchased was not what i got and its a scam and its definitely trash. I got it quick but not what i wanted. first of all it was not 12" is what i requested and i think it more 8 and look as if they sew the hair anywhere they could and its not even wearable. Save your money and don't let them scam you.
Buyers be aware this company is definitely a scam. I ordered my 3/12 as of today 4/14/25 I have yet to receive it nor a tracking number . Ive messaged them 4 I get a automated message, emailed them 4 times no reply yet . I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

This company is a scam. Don't buy anything from them. I bought a wig from them. And never received the wig or confirmation email. Tried logging on to their website and emailed them No response. Fraud of a business. DONT BUY FROM THEM.
I placed an order on February 28th for my college graduation because they boast about fast shipping. My order still says processing. I had to pay additional money to get a wig for my graduation. I have tried emailing and calling with no help. Stay away from this company!!!
I would never order from this company again. I ordered three bundles of black wavy hair mid March received the shipment three weeks later. And it was a short pixie cut red wig. Returned to the address they advised to return to, and they refuse the return and sent it back. Still trying to Receive a refund. Bogus I will never order from them again please don’t waste your money or time.
This is a fraudulent site that takes your money. I ordered on 2/1 by 2/11 I called and emailed several times. When I reported to chase the did an investigation. These crooks mailed me an old wig on 3/10 and told chase they shipped and had tracking. Ladies…! Lores Jesus please punish these crooks that their pockets always stay empty.
I have been trying to contact someone with this company for days. I ordered a dark brown wig with light brown, reddish highlights. The wig I received a light brown wig with bright bleach blonde highlights heavily throughout. It absolutely is not what was advertised. I have tried to contact through email, phone, and instagram. I saw where someone mentioned they wished they read reviews prior to ordering, I totally agree. Please do not order from this company.
Ordered a wig and still waiting on it to be shipped. The number is a google phone number which is very unprofessional and I have emailed them no response. I will contact my bank and dispute the entire charge. I hate I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing. Back to Amazon I go.
This company suck! They are a complete scam. I ordered a wig almost a month ago and I have not received it nor have any one provided me with a confirmation code or a way to track my order. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. Never again will I order from here! Their communication is so tacky and unprofessional. Its giving nothing but SCAM at this point for me!
Do not order from this company. They shipped the wrong wig! They have the wrong return Address on the website, they don’t answer phone calls, emails, facebook messenger, fb posts, or WhatsApp. I have requested a full refund. The post office verified there is no such address to return the product. I’m working with my back for a full refund. Don’t waste your money with this company
I have been contacting them for close to a month for a refund as I have not/ did not receive the order. The merchant has completely ignored me. They are a huge scam, please DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!! Not to mention I ordered the 3 wigs via afterpay and it seems that they are not doing anything to assist in recovering my money.
I very very disappointed with this wig! I was expecting a better product! The wig was very cheaply made! This product # sku25-01-100359 very poor return policy! Once there product is purchased this company doesn’t care about your satisfaction!
