US-Deliver.com hitch-hikers or scam.

US-Deliver.com advertises fast seamless transportation. That is not the case, I hired them on 7/22/2025 to transport 130 kg steel stair treads from China to my home in the US. As of 9/8/2025 my package still has not arrived. According to the Bill of Lading, it was put on container ship OOCL Sunflower, which arrived at Long Beach California on 8/24/2025. Since that time Laura has been unable to provide any information as to where my package is. She doesn't know if it's been unloaded from the ship. She doesn't know if it's in customs. She says a trucking company will deliver it to me but doesn't even know the name of the trucking company that will do so. She also can't provide any tracking capability for my package. At best It feels like US-Deliver is a one-person operation that attempts to transport shipments by hitch-hiking on ships or trucks that happen to be going in the right direction and have space available. At worse it's a complete scam and I'll never see my package. On 11/13/2025 Laura asked me to update this post, so here are my final thoughts.Out of the blue on 9/15/2025 I received a call from Old Dominion freight that they had my package and wanted to arrange delivery. They did so on 9/18/2025 and the package was in good condition. The driver for Old dominion did a great job helping unload, open the package and carrying the steel stair treads to the site in back of my house. Laura called me later and seemed surprised when I informed her of the same. Since I finally received my steel stair treads, I don’t still think Laura and US-DELIVER.COM are a scam. However, I still believe that the way she runs her business is seriously lacking in the areas of communication, organization, and planning. As a result of these failings, she appears incompetent. These failings caused me a lot of stress.To encourage Laura to do a better job when transporting by sea I would recommend to clients of US-DELIVER,COM that they break up payments into 4 equal parts during the transportation process; 1. Initial payment, 2. Upon receipt of bill of lading, 3. Upon start of verifiable transport by trucking company and 4. Upon delivery. A second idea would be for clients to insist that US-DELIVER.COM provide a complete end to end shipping plan before providing the initial payment. Such a plan would contain:When the package will be picked up from the sender and what company will be picking it up.Where the package will be stored between the time it is picked up and the time it will be loaded onto a ship.When the package will be loaded onto a ship, the ships name, its date of departure, its date of arrival and its port of arrival.When the package will be unloaded from the ship, who will unload the package and the complete address of the warehouse it will be stored in pending overland shipment.When the package will be picked up from the warehouse, who will pick it up, and how it will be routed via the trucking company’s hubs to its destination.When it will arrive at the destination and who will be delivering it. One other idea is that clients shipping valuable items could seek out shipping insurance from a third-party insurer.

Impeccable Service

Hey, I just have to say this company is awesome! I cannot speak for everyone, but I entrusted five (5) boxes with minimum size 24x24x36 inches, fairly weighty to be shipped from China to the US. This was my first time using a freight forwarder. So I chose to have them shipped express. It was a bit pricey but my (5) packages got to my door step in excellent condition and within five (5) days from China. I will admit at first there was a great deal of skepticism. I even tried to pull out of the shipping contract. But, I stayed in and I'm glad I did. I ship a lot from China to the US and will definitely be using US-Deliver again. Not Express. Too expensive. This company knows how to get your package to you. At least in my case. Hope this is helpful.

US Delivery they are scamer

US Delivery they are scam when you pay for Express they only told you the next day, but it’s just a mess, and the scam your money I always pay express and never receive it on time so do not pay for express on US delivery because you never get it express rather pay regular because the are charge you a lot and delivery it normal or late this is the second time when I pay for express and get it late the one from New York to Ohio Columbus. I pay for the next day and receive it after eight days and this one also I pay for the next day and up to now it’s more than five days the package never arrived and when I track it, they said it is in the transit facilities so all this is a mess. If you need something sheep with FedEx, they always respect express.

US-Deliver.com made the import process seamless, easy, and worry free.

I absolutely would recommend using US-Deliver for freight forwarding. My company ordered industry specific machinery from a company in China. US-Deliver handled picking up the machines from the company, prepping for Fast Sea Freight, duties and customs, off loading at Long Beach, transfer to Fed-Ex Freight (with a lift gate delivery), and we received the machines in Florida safe and secure. Communication on the process was excellent and very responsive. For an example of timing here is what the timing ended up being for us: The machines were picked up from the Chinese manufacturer on 6/21/2023, Machines were uploaded on Fast Sea Freight on 6/26/2023, Machines arrived at the port of Long Beach on 7/16/2023, and were delivered in Florida on 7/31/2023. So from pickup to delivery (to Florida) was 40 days. A couple of things to make the process a bit smoother. Originally the machines were going to be delivered via FedEx Ground as the factory informed me that each machine was weighed 65 kg (143 lbs) actual weight was 68.5 kg (151 lbs) (The max weight for FedEx Ground is 150 lbs, hence the switch to FedEx Freight). Make sure you get accurate information from your supplier about actual weight). In addition, ask your supplier if they will require a formal declaration at pickup and inform US-Deliver during the quoting process. All this being said, this was our first time importing machinery from overseas and using US-Deliver made this process seamless, easy, and worry free.

Here is the program with US-Deliver

Here is the program... First you can trust the company for fair rates and excellent service. Laura does it all. Her follow-up and care extraordinary as well as almost always instantly available. She works very hard. Her English is near perfect too. She will even call you personally so fill-out the form. Delivery was on time as expected in a crate they made very well. I told Laura and she knows this, their USA bank affilliate was a nightmare. Answering systems, rude receptionist, unreturned calls and just sloppy. Why US-Deliver uses CFSB is a mystery. Would I use US-Deliver again?... Absolutely. However their bank in NY... Community Federal Savings Bank messed things up and Currency Cloud clearing in UK not the best either. My suggestion is to never use an ACH. Wire is OK but costly and cumbersome. Use Zelle and you are good to go. Send an inquiry to Laura, you will be amazed at her timely response and outstanding care. Laura gets an A Plus. That bank CFSB gets an F. Just discuss this matter with her but it is OK to hire them. Call that bank in NY... you will see what I mean. Why they do not use Chase is odd... that's what they can do to get everything perfect. You will NOT have to deal with customs at all and you will not have to pay sales tax- nothing sneaky. Her price quote will be what she says so trust it... no more $ add-ons. US-Deliver does all that and Laura will tell you straight on pricing. We saved $475 on shipping using US-Deliver vs FedX Express Air. We imported two marine air conditioners weighing 180 lbs. FedX ground right to your door! Yes it will be two weeks or so slower than FedX Express but the savings is extraordinary! This is my review and I told Laura I would talk about this bank in NYC. They really messed-up the ACH. Just do Zelle and you should be good to go. I can't give them 5 stars.... only because of that awful bank they deal with. Other than that- 5 stars... Laura Rocks!

My company has done several shipments with US-Deliver and we have been very satisfied. They consolidated goods from several suppliers, arranged fast ocean freight from China and ground freight in the US. Rates were very good and communication is excellent.

Great freight forwarder company!

I absolutely recommend this company as a freight forwarder service 100%! Laura is great and available at all times to answer my questions. Laura walked me through the whole process to receive my parcel from overseas. Easy to deal with. Will definitely use them again in the near future no doubt! A++

This company has been very professional to work with. One particular time I had a box I needed to ship from China to the US and other companies were quoting me as much as $1400 and they shipped it for $550. Very good communication and excellent service. I highly recommend. A+

1 Mirror Arrived Shattered! Laura purposely ignored important instructions to open the boxes and check the items to make sure they were going to the right address. My customers got each others orders!

I started communicating with Laura in February 2023 and I booked the shipment of 3 mirrors via fast sea shipping to the USA to arrive in March. Not only was the shipping date delayed, but 1 mirror also arrived shattered and the other two were sent to the wrong customers. I told Laura to open the boxes and check that the mirrors were shipping to the right customers. I was concerned after the invoice I received had the wrong weights next to the mirrors. I sent several messages telling her the mirrors are not to be shipped without the boxes being opened and checked first. The packing list I gave her had color pictures of the mirrors, weights, and measurements. I made it clear in several messages to her that the boxes needed to be opened and checked. I discovered after the mirrors arrived to my customers in the USA that one was damaged and the other two went to the wrong customers. I told her about this and she did not give me any money back for this failed shipment I paid her $676.75 which included a same-day bank wire fee. The cost of refunds and mirror replacements cost me over $1000. Laura told me she would give me a discount on my next shipment and took zero responsibility for the damaged mirror and for the mirrors that were shipped to the wrong customers. Why would I want to use this service again and get a discount after all the items shipped arrived damaged or at the wrong address? Laura even asked if I could spend my money to see if the customers wanted to switch mirrors which would cost me additional money in shipping. I have pictures of our entire message thread on what's app and she agreed to have the mirror boxes opened and checked. I asked if they were checked before they were sent off and she said yes. Then she answered they were checked by customer name on the boxes before they shipped out. I specifically asked multiple times for the boxes to be opened and checked. I told her they can't be shipped unless the boxes were opened and checked to verify that the customers were getting the correct mirrors that they order. She even tried to blame the warehouse for incorrectly marking the customer's name on the boxes when I specifically told her to check the mirrors inside the boxes before they ship for this reason! I told her to open the boxes to check and make sure the mirrors were shipping to the right customers before they got on the boat. This experience was a disaster that partly could have been avoided. Laura chose to ignore my specific instructions, take my money, and do what she wanted instead of what I told her was necessary to do. The two mirrors that went to the wrong addresses are entirely her fault and I should be refunded the shipping on both items for that level of intentional negligence. Laura refused to refund me anything and do right by me based on her lying to me and not checking the boxes before they were shipped to my customers. This has cost me over $1,000 and unhappy customers. I would avoid this freight forwarder at all costs! No accountability, integrity, or refunds are given when their mistakes or willful negligence costs you money!
