I turned to US Books Publisher when the first company I went with; Inhouse Book Writers shafted me badly and never performed as promised. Michael and Emma and their teams have been nothing short of brilliant and are always asking me if the work is exactly the way I want it. This company gets my hearty recommendation! They are going to be doing my next book as well about the timing of the 70th Week of Daniel.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAfter publishing two novels on KDP, I decided to use this company to publish my third novel due to promises made. Every step along the way was a deeper journey into a nightmare that seemingly had no end. They published my novel by taking hold of my KDP account, and publishing the ready-to-go novel I handed them with a different font that managed to skew the pages horribly. They even managed to get me blocked from pre-orders on Amazon for a year.I paid them thousands of dollars for “literary agents“ to distribute my book into bookstores across the country. They told me that they were very excited about the spectacular deal they had secured for me and that I would be receiving royalties quarterly. This was a year ago and I have not seen any data of any sort, nor have I received a single penny of royalties.When I inquired about royalties, I was told that they couldn’t release my royalties check unless I paid them thousands of dollars for international copyright protection, stating that it was a new law that was passed in January. Nevermind that writers are protected under the Berne Convention. Unfortunately, I didn’t know that at the time and paid the money so that I could start receiving my royalty checks. When no monies were received and I couldn't get a square answer, I filed a claim with my credit card company, which US Books did not contest. I was sold (again for thousands of dollars) space as a speaker on the historical fiction platform at the Los Angeles Times Book Fair. Unfortunately, this is something that doesn’t exist. As the book fair neared, and I inquired as to who I should contact I was informed that these spaces are NEVER sold and have ALWAYS been assigned by the LA TIMES. I was told by the company producing the book fair that this has unfortunately become a practice in recent years that scammers use. When I requested a refund from US Books, they admitted they they were in the wrong and instead of refunding me the $$$ they owed, they offered me other great deals from their company that I could take advantage of to promote my book. Needless to say, I declined their offers.On a positive note, I can say that each, and every one of the staff that I spoke to was respectful and personable.Unfortunately, that is not enough to make up for all the stress, money and time that I lost while dealing with this company.

This was truly a one star experience
This was truly a one star experience. I signed up for with US Book Publisher in May 2024. The deal was 600 sales in 3 months. The first team I was assigned to seemed nice enough, but it turned out they were scamming customers with extra charges, were eventually fired (without telling me) and they continued contacting me long after they no longer worked for US Book Publisher. Long story short, I found out but gave them another chance. I was pissed that I was taken advantage of and scammed but recognized that as a company they had employed bad people and they were hurt also. I gave them that one. I got a new team to work with. I even reset the time frame for sales. 3 months later, nothing happening. I gave them another 3 months because I just wanted the help. Still nothing. 9 months in and I finally requested my money back but was assured they were working on something and sales would start soon. 3 months later and not a single sale. It's been one year now. An entire year and they have done nothing for my sales. Now they are difficult to contact, have not refunded me despite several requests and it's seems impossible to get a supervisor or someone in position of authority to do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Update - November 2025. US Book Publisher replied here and had the nerve to make it seem like I wasn't their client and got scammed by something else. Guess what, US Book publisher, i am still your client and still have contact with you. I wo t name names for your employees privacy sake. Since my initial review, I have tried to get a refund, you refused, so I at least have been trying to get the services I paid for and that you claim i received. Where's my website? It doesn't exist. How about all the press releases? You said they were delivered but you've been unable to share them with me. I refuse to close my file until you deliver the bare minimum of service. You have not. You are a company of theives and liars. Get this - i was told by the person in charge of my file that the reason they didn't refund me was that they had a potential order of 2000 copies, but when I asked for a refund that order fell through. That's a lie so bad I'm embarrassed they even said it. Now in their reply they try to play off like they aren't the company. US Book Publisher has zero integrity and they do not care for their clients. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible communication between Staff, production , time to publish! Nightmare! Stay away from this Company. They promise a lot and do Not deliver. They keep asking You the author for more $$$ ! Go get your Book finished someplace Safe and Trustworthy. Not these SCAMMERS.

Dishonest representation and extremely expensive..
Unless you want to throw away thousands of dollars, you should avoid this company. They sell you marketing packages and they tell you there's a 100% return guarantee, or they'll refund your money. They don't tell you that they're going to try to sell you on dozens of other packages, convincing you that it'll increase sales. Well, I've paid thousands, sold two books, and I know they're not going to refund me my money. And to top it off, they don't actually read any of the books they promote, and they use AI to write the articles and reviews that they charge you so much for. I could have done that myself. They're very dishonest about the services they provide, and it's been completely discouraging.

I am extremely pleased with what the team have accomplished this far on promoting my book. Tasha has done a very good job and has been a pleasure to work with. I have seen sales and interest grow lately and it is exciting to see their work start to pay off
