Second Bill Totalling 329.63US and No Documents
This is the total of what US Virtual Notary billed be for two Quit Claim Forms with two signers 329.63US.I am out $90.53US that I had initially paid before getting a second bill hours after the process with the Notary. I have got nothing of value and wasted two days of my time. Does not accept Canadian Postal Codes, so phony code needed. I spent about 40 minutes trying to figure out how to give access to my Iphone Camera. I scanned the QR code and tried the link and I kept getting the message "give your camera access". I did Google searches to no avail. I saw that you recommended Safari which has no Windows 11 version. I then found a way to give access to my laptop camera.It took multiple attempts to scan faces and drivers licenses because initially no positioning guidance was provide. After multiple attempts a circle was illustrated to indicate face positioning.

Don’t waste your time and money
Don’t waste your time and money! They can reply really quickly when they need you purchase the service but once they charge you and make the worse document you will never receive any answer! I paid more than $400 for a document I can’t use, because they said they will not change the document you send off but is not true! I send a Legal document with Legal size and they did a A4 document and is rubbish! They said they work for international documents and don’t have a clue about it! Don’t use this service!

Very disspointed, bad service with no result
I have used this service for the first time couple months ago. I am very dissapointed, since I have paid twice the amount, and didnt get any result. First time, they over charged me without telling me, and the second time, no one show up on the video call. It has been months now that I am trying to get refund. I wouldnt recommend it.

An an American Expat living in Japan, I needed a document notarized for America. I found this service and had a very pleasant experience. Signing up, making an appointment, and proving my identity was very straightforward with the instructions provided.
