One of the absolute worst management companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and in response to their response I did in fact stay at 3592 Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT in February through airbnb. So that should give you some back story on this review. Our airbnb was disgusting and disappointing. When I called to mediate and let them know they were extremely RUDE and disrespectful. Our issues included dirty sheets in a ball in numerous areas in the house, a disgusting hot tub filled with an alarming amount of trash and hair, beer cans littered around the backyard from the last guests that they blamed us for and asked us to clean up on our first day even staying there. As well as a shower that was absolutely disgusting and kept backing up after being in the shower for two minutes to the point we didn’t even want to shower during our stay. They were unapologetic and unwilling to negóciate or remedy the situation. I would highly recommend NOT booking with them.
