Their support is answering less than 24 hours, their chat is available also, to solve issuesI could not use their services due to some complicity, but finally I got my full refund without any Hassle, also they try to provide multi solutions to sort out things.Please give a try with them.

The worst possible VPS service.
The worst possible VPS service.At first it worked fine, but lately it's been getting worse and worse. I took a VPS supposed to be pro with 16 GB RAM but it's getting slow just with chrome. Don't get me wrong, since the morning I've had to wait almost 10 seconds for each click before things appear. I pay more than 20 USD a month for this service. It's just awful.GO AWAY. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. I WANTED TO TAKE THE RISK, I REGRETTED IT

Awfull service and support
Awfull service and support, the agent in the online chat decided to end the conversation with me when he estimated i maybe wouldn't be the customer they want us to be, he simply closed it while i was asking about their "security verification", i don't recommand their services as it looks really scammy, awfull vibe.

The performance of the VPS does not…
The performance of the VPS does not match the marketed one! I absolutely disrecommend that VPS provider from my experience with them. Having purchased 12 GB RAM and multiple processor "cores", I wasn't even able to watch a HQ Youtube video! Everything lags, suggesting the actual performance of the machine doesn't match the marketed one at all. There are dozens of further VPS providers, just avoid that one from my experience.

Worst ever services
Worst ever services, they took my service down for 24 hours and I have been on chat waiting for 5 hours , no one is answering it. They are not doing anything to help clients. they dont have a valid contact address or phone number. Do not signup ever

I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable and efficient VPS hosting.
I recently purchased a Dedicated RPD from VPSMART, and unfortunately, my experience with their service was extremely disappointing. I had high hopes for this provider, but in reality, the server connection was very slow, and the server blocked every time I tried to perform any task.The performance issues were so significant that it made it nearly impossible to work with the RDP. I rely heavily on this service for my day-to-day operations, and the constant interruptions and slowdowns caused significant disruptions to my work. I found myself constantly frustrated with the service, and it ultimately became more of a hindrance than a help.I reached out to the customer support team for assistance, but their response was slow, and the solutions they offered were ineffective. I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was left to struggle with the poor performance of the server on my own.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with [VPS Provider's Name]. The server connection was very slow, and the server blocked every time I tried to use it. I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable and efficient VPS hosting.

There is no facility to give 0 ratings else I will say 0 rating to them.Very poor support!!!They are not giving email notifications before putting the server down. I have said them to give me an update every 15 minutes but after 3 hrs no replyfrom them. Also, they said for 1-2 hrs their hardware issue gets solved and the server will be up but after 6 hrs they are sleeping. Not replying to email, not chat .. nothing...If they have a hardware issue then also they can not get new hardware after 6 hrs of downtimeWhen getting connected with the chat team, it is getting connected but not replying After 6 hrs also they said "Tracy X.:We are sorry that due to the COVID-19, we can only go to the data center in the afternoon to solve this problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hop to get your understanding."
