HORRIBLE chat customer service

HORRIBLE chat customer service. Repeatedly, Vuse reps start the chat then NEVER reply. 20 plus minutes of waiting, prompting, asking for a reply - Nothing. The Vuse CEO needs to clean house.

I have been using vuse vapes for years

I have been using vuse vapes for years. First, the berry blend flavour was removed, and now, the "ice" addition to vuse vapes has been awful. I am very allergic, with scratchy, irritated eyes!!!

They used to work well up to about six…

They used to work well up to about six months ago. I don’t know what changed, but the battery is hardly hold a charge. I’ve even had a few that just stopped working and would not take a charge at all. Whatever they changed. They screwed up big-time.

I’ve been using vise a few years now

I’ve been using vise a few years now. They have the worst app I’ve ever used. You can have everything saved on your phone and it will still say invalid. Then when you trying to change the password it never work. You call them they never open. I emailed them no response. But they want you to buy their product? It’s a scam. Why can’t you buy single pods? If they do have single pods the store charges $20 for 1? But if you buy two it’s 18? Good luck login in to their account to get any discount. If you get in once you lucky! Then when you actually do buy a cartridge? Its dark brown blackish! Stale and doesn’t work right in the wand. No refund! I like vuse and I’ve spent a lot of money buying it? I’m starting to think I should move on to something else? Because vuse dgaf about the customer they just want your money!

Good luck getting a refund on expired pods of defective batteries. They don’t care and simply just want your money.

GARBAGE

GARBAGE. If I could give it negative stars I would. I go and buy 2 pods of golden tobacco. BOTH are faulty. Neither works at all. Barely smokes. Can't get a hit. Go buy more NOTHING. Dark brown OLD stock I'm guessing. I don't know. I wasted 50 BUCKS and had to go to work super pissed with ZERO nicotine. Later couldn't get my money back can't exchange. PATHETIC. GARBAGE TRASH. save yourself some pain and buy an actual battery unit and get your own juice. They corner the market then $hit on everyone. Classic capitalism failure.

Fed up!

I’m so fed up with Vuse Alto, I contacted them a few weeks ago about leaking/ bubbling pods,they sent me coupons for BOGO unfortunately, same issues and a few pods would just stop working. I thought it might be my battery, got a new one & more pods, charged the battery it worked fine but then I wouldn’t get a hit. The price isn’t worth the aggravation!

I'd give zero stars if I could

I'd give zero stars if I could. After 2 yrs trouble free subscription ordering they sent the wrong vape refills. 3 wks later & I'm still waiting for a refund. Customer service is beyond the pale & useless. Repeat emails & a phone call have produced nothing but excuses & no refund. Latest in the saga is my name doesn't match with the website so I need to create a new account. Stalling tactics that beggars believe! Next stop trading standards

Taste was nothing like mango

Taste was nothing like mango..in fact it tastes like a dirty ashtray flavour..I contacted customer service 3 times over September period they..let me down didn't get back to me.very frustrating.I fine anything like this quite stressful..can't understand why they didn't make it right with me???

1 pod lasts about 3-4 hours of moderate usage . TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY !!!! Shame on you RJR for out sourcing this to BAT in the UK , calling it YOUR product . And , that's if the pod works at all full right out of the box ... WAyyyyyyy OVER PRICED as well ..

I’ve complained to the company scam many times.

I’ve complained to the company scam book, pissed consumer the BBB etc…numerous times about nasty pods over the years after a lot of research here’s what I’ve learned and why it’s fallen on deaf ears. Forty three percent of the purchase is state & federal taxes (more than tobacco 37%)the more we spend the more taxes are collected it’s one of the few things both sides actually agree on they think we’re to stupid to see.

Zero stars! Don't buy!

Zero stars!! This is the most faulty product I've ever used in my life! I want to sue this company! I've been using this POS product for 5 years & I've been flushing my hard earned money down the toilet the whole time! The pods are always leaking straight out of the package or stop working halfway through or they taste burnt. The charger pens never work right either and often make the pods stop working too. I just bought a brand new pen and charger and it doesn't work at all and it killed the brand new pods and now of my other pens will charge!! I have hundreds of half used, broken pods. F U, RJ Reynolds! I'VE SUPPORTED YOUR BUSINESS FOR DECADES! But I'm going to sue you and I'm finally switching to a different company!

I have been a loyal monthly subscriber on vuse.com for nearly three years, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After receiving defective pods, I promptly submitted all required documentation as requested. Despite this, and multiple assurances that my case was being “closely followed up on,” it has now been over a week with no response or resolution.This lack of communication and accountability is part of a recurring pattern I’ve experienced with Vuse’s customer service team. I have effectively lost money on a faulty product and have been left without any meaningful update, reimbursement, or replacement.This situation does not reflect the level of service I expect from a reputable company. I am now escalating my complaint and demand immediate action to resolve this issue. Vuse needs to take responsibility and provide timely, effective support to its customers.

Not Good/ Below satisfactory

Bought these a couple times and gave them a go because they don’t add the other “harmful additives” in other vapes, the thing is, the taste is just so diluted and watered down, that flavour just isn’t there at all, I’ve tried the strawberry and blueberry and even bought new ones just to check they weren’t duds, but yeah they really aren’t good, very weak and bland taste, we really need slightly stronger and juicier tasting pulls/drags to be able to pull the punches otherwise nobody is going to buy them and even those that do, won’t return to buy more. Big shame, hopefully they’ll rectify this as I like they’re pledge but it just tastes so bad

DON’T BOTHER ORDERING FROM VUSE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU WILL FIGHT TO GET IT BACK IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER!!!! On the 28th of May 2025, I placed an order with Vuse for 20 Pods and 2 Vuse starter packs to preparation for an overseas trip that I was set to leave for 10 days later. This left more than enough time for Vuse to deliver my order within their 1-3 working days for shipping. While planning my trip, I noticed my order hadn't arrived and contacted Vuse on 5th June. I then tried to contact Vuse but when you call their number on the website, it goes through to BAT who don’t deal with the Vuse private online orders. The most they can do is take your details and get someone to call. The only good service I received was a quick phone call back from the service/ Vuse department. I was then informed that part of my order was out of stock, and it will be delivered when it comes back into stock. I advised that I was not notified of this and would prefer a refund because I needed the items by the next day the latest which they weren’t able to facilitate for even part of the order. They advised they will be in contact via email to get my banking details to process a refund. I told them I need the money asap as I now needed to go purchase the items from a physical store. By the end of that same day, I still didn’t receive an email requesting my banking details. The next day I received an email just confirming that my order was cancelled and I will receive another email requesting my banking details soon. As I had to plan and travel, I couldn’t focus on it for a few days. On the 10th June, I emailed them again WITH my banking details and NO response. Closer to the end of my time away I emailed them, this was the 20th June, 2 weeks after the first interaction. No response. I had other commitments to focus on upon my return and emailed again the 1st July. Again, no response. I only received an email on the 2nd July requesting my banking details which I had already sent them more than 3 weeks prior. In that email, while requesting my banking details, they also make it very clear that if I don’t respond in 5 days, I would need to start the refund process again (funny how they request we work on their time but keep customers waiting). I responded within 24 hours with my own timeline of 24 hours to make payment otherwise I will take further action, which of course didn’t happen. I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF AND NOR SHOULD ANYONE ELSE! THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YORU MONEY BUT WILL HANG ONTO FOR AS LONG AS IT SUITS THEM!!!!!!!!

By a new box of 2.4 pods

By a new box of 2.4 pods, all 4 pods are brown and taste spoiled. I'm about to go back to cigarettes this is ridiculous and when I try to get someone to make this right you get the old run around. Their quality control sucks or is non existent
