Most straightforward lightning app.
Most straightforward lightning app.I recently upgraded to self-custody, but got stuck and could not switch back to old wallet and therefore could not reach my funds anymore.This was solved very quickly with the help of Anthony from customer support who transferred the funds to my new self-custody account and even restored my custom lightning address.

Recovered funds!
Yes, most user friendly wallet for normies, been using for years.Very handy between mates and where small shop purchases have fiat fees (group pays fiat larger purchase to avoid fee, then payback to mates on WoS instantly).New phone reinstalling app and I confused my many emails, so after finding old transactions from friends, customer support helped me, within strict policy, to recover my funds (daily spending small amount). Big savings still on cold wallet :-)Would be 5 stars, but there's some small UX improvements to be seamless.

Problems with getting a wallet.
I have been trying to obtain a Wallet of Santoshi,, but I have been unable to do so. Upon reading the reviews it looks as if this wallet is only available to people who have mobile telephones, whilst I am trying to download the Wallet of Santoshi to my computer. Also, I notice from 1 other review that as at 26/12/23, the U. S. has banned transactions from going from the U. S. to the U. K. (where I am based) and this may also be a reason for my difficulties, in obtaining payment via this method, or even being able to access the app. I have given 3*, despite my unhappy experience, because the customer service has been outstanding, and it is not Wallet of Santoshi's fault that they have been unable to help me. I thank Wallet of Santoshi for the reply, and the update regarding transaction restrictions.

Very quick response and help to my enquiries- the customer service is easy to find on the app and every issue i had was easily sovled. Bitcoin wallet of Satoshi is great! So simple and easy to use. Security is good! Bitcoin is the future.

Have been using WOS in Canada for 2-3 years now without any issues. It’s a fast and easy to use platform. Have tried other similar platforms, and WOS is by far the best one. I Would recommend.

We accept bitcoin as a payment method…
We accept bitcoin as a payment method on our coffe shop and we gave a chance to Wallet of Satoshi, after a week of working and making and receiving payments, our wallet has been blocked withou an explanation and the support just say NOTHING. Now we lost funds that use for pay our providers and keep our business open. DO NOT USE THIS WALLET 🚫

Payment stuck and funds not returned
I unfortunately have the same problem somebody else had here. A payment didn't succeed immediately. Then the invoice expired after an hour and my Bitcoin should have returned. Instead, the payment is shown as "QUEUED" for more than 2 days now. I wrote the customer support which is supposed to help within 24 hours. But still no response 2 days later. Also no status update on when somebody is going to have time to look into this. I don't think I'm going to use this wallet again if customer support doesn't resolve this soon. It's too risky, it's quite a lot of money for me that is stuck there.

If you need a nice and friendly use wallet this is the right choice! Ofc is a non custodial wallet, so you don't have your seeds etc but the support team is always ready to help.Fast, easy and safe for what I can see at the moment.

I'm still relatively new to using crypto for transactions and have had to try alot of different apps to find the one that was right for my needs. The best part about WoS is definitely it's sleek design and ease of access. Alot of quality of life features are built in while keeping it simple. Lack of Security
Unfortunately, I was robbed and the thief easily withdrew $, there is no barrier. I lost money and the only thing Wallet of Satoshi says to me is "I'm sorry" lack of security on the wallet, they wash their hands. I don't recommend it and I'm leaving.
