I have been on hold for 15 minutes 3X…

I have been on hold for 15 minutes 3X today to cancel an order. I was disconnected after 15 minutes. I left a voicemail and was told that a return call will be prompt. It's been 6 hours and no callback. Sent an email expressing concer and veification of cancellation and have not received a reply.

You have to pay for a return. Do not try to help customers

I ordered an Andersen screen door replacement, and when it arrived, it was the wrong size. I called to see if I could return it for the right size, and that's when I saw the lack of customer service. They said that I would have to pay for returning it ($200) because it was my mistake to order the wrong door. I explained that the website did not provide much information about it, but the "customer care agent" said, "I am sorry, there is nothing I can do. It was your own fault." It's astonishing how some companies are out there just to take advantage of you. I will write a letter to headquarters, but the lack of empathy and willingness to help the customer was striking. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care about their customers
