Very easy to subscribe but do not try to cancel your subscription, debit order is still going of after two months of cancelation of subscription and when I call about the refund they always say next day. Have not received my refund yet.
Bad communication. very hard to get responses and follow ups. was not a good idea to use this service for a wedding gift.
It took a little time for the first shipment. The wine came well packed and the quality appropriate to the price.
Bought this as a gift for my son and his wife - they were very pleased with their first shipment.
Wouldn’t let me put wine ito my cart individuality unless there was a quantity number under it? Rejected my first try at a purchase? Put in same info and it worked? I have to send mine to the ABC local State liquor store to pay the taxes. Crazy law.

Exactly what I wanted. I could have given more stars if you were able to choose the wines in each shipment, mix and match.
So far, not so good. I purchased a subscription as a gift on 7/23. I followed up on 8/6 to see if the first shipment had been sent. I received a response that the shipment was delayed but would be going out on 8/9. I still have not received a tracking # and followed up again on 8/17. I have not received a response to that email yet.
I used my phone to place the order. Unfortunately, the application system is not very user friendly and I wanted to pick out the type of white wine my mother would receive. Example: Pinot Grig or Chardonnay The system didn’t give me an option.
I had to call to ask a question about a one-time gift. Your customer service rep was very helpful.I suggest you make you terms and conditions a little more clear for "one-time gift givers."Also, in trying to keep this as a secret, I had to make a call. Again, customer service rep came through with helpful instructions.
UPS has not delivered yet. The FedEx guy knew when we’d be home and delivered then. Not happy with the change.
This has been a gift for friends for many years. They love it.Yet, it would be nice to get a reminder from your company once this order has been completely filled over the next 12 months.
The email never went to the person I gifted the wine to and I have no idea when or if she will get her first delivery

I would not recommend Wine of the Month Club. I paid for a gift membership which does not actually exist. It was supposed to be 2 bottles of wine in a gift box with tasting notes, food pairing guide, cheese tasting guide and other perks. Instead, the wine comes in a plain cardboard box without any of the “extras” that I paid for. When I reached out to customer service to complain, they said that they are going through a transition to a new company, but I purchased this gift membership in July and they said the transition to the new company began in March or May. Plenty of time to update the website, but if you go to the Wine of the Month Club website, you can still purchase the gift membership series that doesn’t actually exist. It’s false advertisement and duping you into paying for a product that isn’t what it advertises to be. So disappointing and I would never recommend this service.
There was no notice that my package was on it's way and showed up unexpectedly. After worrying about being around to sign for it - no signature was required. It was a gift and arrived without a gift box and my personalized message. Customer service was not super responsive or accommodating. Only offered to email something, which I still have not received a day later.
Great selection of wines and at a great price!!
I have been ordering from WOMC for almost 10 years. In the recent past, the quality of service has deteriorated. I have not received my last two orders and have called and tried online chat with no response!!!
