I picked up a refurbished iPhone 14 from WirelessSource and I'm honestly impressed. The screen was flawless and battery health was better then expected. Set up took mns. Great Value. I'm purchasing from them again for sure!

Scam Company - Buyer beware. This is not a legitimate company and you will get scammed. Save yourself the tim money and headache. Seems like they're being shut down anyways which is about time. BEWARE - you will NOT get a refund from them even if you send everything back in exact condition it was received. They will send you a broken Macbook and then try to say you broke it. Rest assure if you purchase from them via Walmart - it will take some time but Walmart will step in to correct it. Conclusion: Worse scam company I've seen to date, they wont last long. Their customer service I don't think it graduated primary they're that slow.

This company lies and deceives their customer just to gain a dollar. They robbed my little girl of her special Christmas gift they sent the IPad Pro 10.5 device I had ordered intended for my daughter’s Christmas gift with a flawed screen and useless charger. When reported of the flaw and useless charger on Dec 26th after my daughter opened it for Christmas to find it damaged and not working, they said they would fully refund it. I sent the item back followed all instructions for the return process and fully removed device from iCloud and everything! Even doing all that and they received the product in origins packing, just how they sent it to me, with all parts of the device they told me the would be keeping 50% of the purchase cost because I damaged the product. I reported immediately it was received damaged and THEY STOLE FROM ME !! They sell awful products and all their reviews are poor. I want everyone to know about how horrible this company is and how terrible they treat their customers! The stole my money!!

Never again will I buy from Wireless, no answer from customer service, an Ipad that stay charged for 2 hours and takes about 8 hours to charge. Request to return the Ipad to get my money .....1 month later no follow up ! $200 in the garbage.

Wireless Source made everything so easy. I compared multiple sites and they had the best value. My cell phone holder was delivered in a timely fashion. Appreciate th quality and construction of this product at a fair price after a week of driving, there were no issues of the phone falling, it held it secure even when driving through a farm field. Ordered an iphone 13, which I discovered when turning it on has a high pitch ringing noise. I contacted the company to initiate a return (well within 14 day window) and it's been a nightmare. They take days to reply to my emails and all I need is a return label and so far I've received nothing. I contacted my credit card company today to dispute the charge and warned them. So fingers crossed.

I just received great help from Wireless Source on BestBuy and during the activation of my new device, The rep wa incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. This has got to be a party run-of-the-mill operation for him but he was attentive thru the whole thing. He took the time to answer all my questions and make sure that everything was working before he left me off. I felt like I was getting help from a knowledgeable friend! Received 6th Gen Ipad instead of 8. No CS response despite countless efforts
My mother in law bought me a 8th Gen Ipad for Christmas via Wireless Source on Best Buy. What we got is a 6th Gen Ipad. My MiL has been trying daily to contact Wireless Source and has gotten no response. We have several photos, receipt, ect. as proof that they sent the wrong item. Best Buy, to their credit, has done everything they could to remedy this, but it has to be resolved through Wireless Source. At this point we are going through Paypal and the credit card company to fix it. It is absolutely ridiculous that we were sent a product that is 2 years older than what was purchased and Wireless Source is completely unresponsive. This company is a scam and Best Buy should drop them immediately.

Zero stars is too many. Same story as so many others. In my case, I purchased the iPhone from them as a 3rd party seller on Walmart.com. The home we got for our son was junk from the get go. Camera motor makes noise all the time, speaker is terrible, phone runs very hot, and doesn't keep a charge. A clear lemon. We reached out to the seller via Walmart shortly after the sale (way back in October). No response despite THREE emails. Not even a 'hey I'm busy I'll get back to you soon.' Nothing. Had to get Walmart involved (also back in oct or early Nov) but he wouldn't respond to them either. Despite all of this they are doing NOTHING, just got that outcome today. Amazon, eBay and others have buyer protection--not Walmart! So DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and if you want service after the sale, don't go through a third party seller on their site. Told me I'd have to get in touch with my bank! My issue with Walmart is another complaint I'll be filing. BTW, Walmart is facing class actions over this very thing.

If I could give less than a start I would! Tell me why it’s been four months four months ! I got a phone from them it’s broke I send it back within two days they tell me it’s still got my iCloud okay fair o denied it but it came out true. Two months go by I’ve taken it off nothing no replies nada. Finally get one saying it’s still connected to my iCloud I go on there and it’s not I send them proof! They say it’s still on their and if I don’t take it off they will charge the restocking fee and I look it up online says20% tell me why?!!, they are saying 100%!!!!!! This guys are a joke do not buy from them!!!’n
