Solid software, easy to use, highly recommended!
I've been using the Wisestamp platform for well over a year now. It works really well and is easy to get started. If you have extra complexitity, it works well with that too. For example, we have two domains and mulitple email signatures for different departments. We spoke with our rep and contacted support once or two and they were able to get everything setup and working quickly. I highly recommend Wisestamp for your email signatures. This works with both Google and Microsoft too!

CustomFrustrating Experience
We initially loved WiseStamp for our company. The idea of centralizing and streamlining email signatures across the team was exactly what we needed, and at first it seemed like a huge time-saver.Unfortunately, our experience went downhill when we ran into issues with the email signature editor. After one of their “updates,” we discovered that we could no longer edit our current template. Instead of improving functionality, the update actually made it harder. What’s been most frustrating is the customer service experience. We’ve reached out multiple times about the same issue and received the exact same response each time... it's clearly automated and not addressing the actual problem. It feels like we’re stuck in a loop with a bot rather than getting real support. For a service that’s supposed to save time and minimize frustrations, we’ve ended up spending far more time trying to resolve issues than it would take to manage signatures manually.

Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. We have been using this overpriced service for 6 years. We have decided to cancel due to price and in the website platform there is no unsubscribe button at all. But upgrade your subscription they didn't forget :)Their AI system is useless and customer service is unexisting, trained to push you to extend and not answering your questions, but providing new stamp designs and offering discounts (which is how they got us as client, and then they gradually increased prices and we didn't even noticed). I had contact with one of their sales reps, he was not willing to get involved or help either.Bottom line is _ Very unethical company . Don't put your credit card details in their platform, as you will be charged for a long time without even noticing. There are so many ways, nowadays, to make stamp and copy paste in your emails, so they do know that their product is irrelevant at the market and doesn't bring any value to customers.

Customer service took weeks to respond…
Customer service took weeks to respond to a request to add a seat. All plan changes are routed through sales and they can't even respond quickly. Each answer I received opened another ticket, and I had to start all over with another rep - I'm stuck in some infinite loop with no resolution. So much for trying to give this company more more money. The company expanded their executive team and lost all touch with customer service - poor job Ehud Yalin-Mor.They probably won't even let me cancel my account...

Worst investment ever Email app
Worst investment ever, due to the lack of a live person to address issues that can't be fixed. Stupid pop-ups asking how to help. I reply "live person," but it sends me videos instead of a live person. I don't recommend this app, and I'm in the process of replacing it with a better, friendlier signature email app. Stay away from this companyFeathur review added:I engaged an IT professional to help resolve an issue with WiseStamp. It turned out the problem was related to the WiseStamp app rather than Google Chrome, but unfortunately, WiseStamp was unable to provide effective support for this specific issue. Their responses focused solely on website and email instructions, which did not resolve my concerns. Based on my experience, their customer service does not appear to prioritize small businesses, as assistance seems geared toward companies with 50 or more employees. Consequently, I requested a full refund because I found the company's responsiveness to application-related issues lacking. Although I do not usually write reviews, I felt it necessary to share my experience after all attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful. I eventually received a full refund after they became aware that I had left a negative review. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to concerns regarding its management and service quality.

From start to launch these guys know how to create a workflow process. Ivan and Chris worked with me to get my companies signatures into the current tech. I would recommend WiseStamp 100 times over. True professionals and outstanding product.

They make it difficult to cancel
They make it difficult to cancel the service, require you to email and respond with questions about your experience instead of processing the request.

Misleading trial
Misleading trial, unusable custom template, and refusal to issue a refundI subscribed to WiseStamp PRO on an annual plan based on the templates that were available during the trial period. After upgrading, those templates were no longer available, despite being a key reason for my purchase.WiseStamp later created the required template manually, but in practice it was not usable. I informed support that the custom template could not be properly used and formally requested a refund for the annual subscription.Their response completely ignored the fact that the service had been unusable from day one due to their own technical failures and limits of available templates.Overall, the experience gave the impression of a very small and under-resourced operation, which may explain the slow responses, unresolved bugs, and lack of accountability. As a result of the non-delivery of the paid digital service, I had to initiate a formal dispute with my bank.If you depend on reliable, professional email signatures—especially across devices—I strongly advise caution. My experience was far from what WiseStamp advertises and was ultimately a major disappointment.

Turned into a Rubbish Platform
It turned into a total rubbish platform. We used to use it for a few years. The new UI ruined everything. The paid one-year account keeps receiving payment errors and gets blocked from access. They keep apologizing and saying they are fixing the problem, but after two months, the issue keeps coming back. This is a total joke, and support is nearly nonexistent.I strongly advise against using it.

SERIOUSLY BAD MOVE GOING TO WISESTAMP
SERIOUSLY BAD MOVE GOING TO WISESTAMPThis company is a joke we onboarded and after load issues with the web interface they finally setup an onboarding meeting by to fix the issues. Nothing to do with us apparently it was their end. Then they said they would call back within 7 days over a subscription issue, then it went past 14 days so no cash back or backing out and the rubbish customer service is non existant.Raising a section 75 for our bank to get the money back

How to burn down completely something that was amazing before
So WiseStamp was really a great tool before helped me generate my mail signitures fast. Then they changed pricing and now here I'am at a situation where for 1,5x of the price that I paid last year I don't even get the same functionality, they want MORE. Increadibly. We are switching to something else. I don't know what happened to this company since I last used it. E-mail signitures is usually something you update once or twice every 3-4-5 years, it's completely nuts they want to ask for 10-20-50 $/ months for something you set up once.

Unusable product, unresolved bugs, non-functioning features, and evasive support — disappointing experience from start to finish
I subscribed to WiseStamp PRO annually and could never use the core functionality I paid for. The app prevented me from editing my own employee details, which made installing my signature impossible. Support later admitted this was due to an internal WiseStamp bug, yet days passed without resolution. What made this even more concerning:The signature system does not work on mobile devices, despite WiseStamp marketing itself as a modern email-signature solution.Support offered me an upsell to their PRO+ plan while my current paid plan wasn’t even functional. After requesting a refund for a product I literally could not use, they responded by simply cancelling my subscription - - without issuing a refund — and acted as if that was an acceptable solution.Their response completely ignored the fact that I had been unable to use the service since day one due to WiseStamp’s own system errors. The most troubling part is the feeling that the operation is extremely small (possibly a one-person setup), which would explain the delays, technical limitations, and lack of accountability.I have since had to initiate a formal dispute with my bank due to non-delivery of digital services. If you rely on professional, fully functional email signatures — especially across devices — I strongly recommend exercising caution. My experience was far from what is advertised, and the lack of responsibility from support was deeply disappointing.

very disappointed and had very bad expereince trying to use and complete a signature, wasted one hour and ended up deleting it, even it is very complicated to delete account. this tool has ZERO user friendly, we dont have time to read so many things to know how to use, it should be user friendly without training or reading.

Tried 3 months to cancel my subscription. They won't let you do it over the phone or through email. The only way is to do it through a chat bot. The bot was messaging back and forth consistently until I said I wanted to cancel my subscription, now its been a 25 minute wait with no response from the bot or a human

I have had no access to my Wisestamp…
I initially had a negative experience in a lack of response to not having access to my signatures for a few days, but the company went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Their customer service team was responsive, professional, and ensured everything was corrected promptly. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making things right, and I’m now very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend their service!

We are unable to cancel our subscription.
We are unable to cancel our subscription, and support is not answering. I send my first mail to support at 11/11-2025, yet still no reply. There is no way for u to cancel, so i guess we have to close our credit cards to avoid beeing billed. Cant not recommend this,.

"Don't let the door hit you on the way out" - our account manager at Wisestamp
We paid for Wisestamp for five years before deciding to move to another vendor for more features. We made a request to extend our contract for two weeks during the transition to our new vendor. The Wisestamp rep and our account manager were less than interested in responding to our request, let alone helping us with it. Had to wait over a week to get a response. This communication occurred within the dates of our paid contract, so as soon as we told them we weren't extending, they dropped us. Ultimately, they refused to extend the contract for two weeks. It's an understatement to say that they were not concerned about customer retention or win back.Additional issues:- Non-responsive design features - Glitchy- Charge additional $100+ for minimal design help, like centering a line (we paid for it because we were so frustrated with the design limitations).I don't recommend WiseStamp. You get what you pay for.
