Hands down the best customer service!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received, especially from a furniture store! There was a delay in fulfilling part of my original order due to sourcing from overseas, no fault of the company, and the Andres, the company representative I worked with, made it right. He was so easy to communicate with, quick to respond and helpful in assessing my options. They followed that up with a very helpful exchange of one of my items. I'm forever grateful to have used this company to purchase my vanity and sink needs for my bathroom remodel. My bathroom looks gorgeous and it was a smooth transaction despite the delay. Thank you!

Love my vanity and the sink I bought from them. It took about 2 weeks to receive them which pretty fast for furniture. Could not find the same quality anywhere else.

Easy delivery for my dining chairs. The assistance I received from the team was helpful, as I wasn’t sure on the design. They send me videos and pictures, so I felt confident with purchasing the right chairs.

Awful quality awful customer service awful logistics

Awful quality, awful customer service, awful logistics. Paid thousands of dollars for furniture that arrived with broken hinge, multiple large splits on the wood, bad glue job with some bad alignments and gaps, that also arrived two weeks late because the shipping company canceled and rescheduled shipment mid way and refuse to provide any explanation and update. All these terrible experiences and woodfurniture.com provides no solution and has been ghosting our latest emails. Can’t believe this has been the worst part of our entire gut remodeling project (“what could go wrong with ordering a furniture compare to all other complicated stuff we are doing?” Well it turned out everything is wrong when you order from this s*** website who have nothing but nice pictures to lure you in then provide you the absolute worst result) I wish we had order from a more reputable place rather than took the risk with this company

Love my new dining table and chairs! Andres from customer service was great at answering all my questions. I was not sure what type of wood I wanted and how to take care of it so he gave me all the information. This is a high quality wood and shipped the day after I placed my order.

Condescending Customer Care

We ordered our teak vanity well in advance for our renovation being it can take awhile for items to arrive. Our vanity was installed 6 months after it arrived. We started using it regularly a few weeks after that. About 6 months after regular use ( about 7 months after install), one of the drawers cracked. I reached out and they sent someone to come repair it. The damage was not repairable and we were told the damage was from nothing we did. When I reached back out to find a solution (new drawer), I was basically told that nothing could be done and they were VERY condescending and treated me as if I were lying/the crack was our fault. I responded back to see if I could get the makers contact information for the vanity and they are now ignoring me. I expect much more for a vanity that is over $2000. The customer service is terrible. I truly would never buy another item from WoodFurniture.

DO NOT BUY from Woodfurniture.com

First, when the description says ready to ship...it means when it gets on a ship container from Europe. We waited over 4 months. That was the good part.The bad part was the hassle of receiving a box with one chair when we ordered two. The box was torn apart and was lopsided. It contained one chair and not two. The shipping people refused to take back even when they saw and noted there was but one chair. Next we were advised then they would send the second chair. They did and that chair was in two pieces and a busted up box. Third time was not the charm. We believed the single chair was indeed a new one but it was not. Two weeks later our son noticed the chair was split apart. The only person ever to sit on the chair was our daughter who weighs less than one hundred pounds. After we took a close look we saw someone at their warehouse put approximately three thin nails to fix into what they knew was a defective chair. We paid for two chairs and have only one chair. You are given only a few days to get back to them or you are out of luck. We had not determined in two days it was yet another reject from their warehouse. They lack zero integrity to cheat a consumer in such a way. We bought over $2,000.00 worth of furniture and we were treated to furniture that was damaged and nailed together. Shame on this company. All the reviews on their site are 5 star. Do not be fooled. There is no way to even put a review on. I'm sure they delete any negative reviews. Yes, 2 other pieces were ordered were fine but the glass dining table had scratches. We kept because we waited 6 months and decided to live with as we liked design. Do not purchase from them unless you want discards from their warehouse that they sell as new. The folks who send out broken furniture and nailed back chairs should be made to sit on themselves. We have one very expensive chair as we paid for two chairs. One good chair and two chairs that we put on the curb. I am writing this review in hopes others will not be duped liked we were.

Stay away!!!!!

Stay away!!!!!! Horrible customer service. They dont answer phone or respond after you pay them . I paid for a vanity 3 months ago was told would arrive in December they took my money and wont respond. They just take your money and you never hear from them again. They have my money for months now for the vanity and i have not vanity and no idea if i will ever get it .

If I could rate a zero I would

If I could rate a zero I would. One the website it states 4-6 wk delivery. After reaching out I was informed it would take 8-10 weeks because of COVID delays(fine but that should be on the website its a huge difference). I reached out at 10weeks. I was then informed my order (ordered 8/23/22) would not arrive until 11/20 ( not to mention that’s just to the US not my home) I reached out 11/22/22. Now there is a problem with the container and is to arrive 11/27 where then I can then get tracking information. If there is any issue tomorrow I will be requesting a refund. I would be so disappointed it’s the last piece for my daughters nursery who is now 2 months. I ordered a month before her birth. This is nuts!

Recommend!

I wasn’t sure abt this website - had never heard of it and reviews were scant. I placed an order anyway and all went well! My item took the expected time (several weeks), customer service responded timely with an update, and my item was great! And this website charged HALF of other retailers for the same item. Very pleased.

High Return/Exchange Costs

I was unhappy with the coffee table that I ordered. It was too small for the space. When I tried to exchange it for a larger size, I was told that there would be a $200 shipping and restocking fee on my $500 item. I think this makes it hard to order from them in the future - they may as well just say they don't do exchange/returns.

Great communication and wonderful products!

I purchased a beautiful dining table from woodfurniture.com. The table was available from other sites and even a local furniture store, but I was able to purchase it at a lower price from woodfurniture.com. Not only did I save money, I found the transaction seamless and the communication with their customer service was superb! I've been eyeing a few other items on their website and their CS has kept me informed about availability estimates on out of stock items. I will continue to make purchases from them. Many of the brands they carry are difficult to find in the U.S. so this is an excellent source for high quality international brands.
