box and robot arrived damaged and faulty

box and robot arrived damaged. Loose screw in the battery compartment. All this is is a noisy dog. Doesn't obey any commands. Is not soft - just some fabric on a hard plastic frame and is very small. As faulty tried to go direct to them for a refund. They initially said I had to return it at my cost. I then went on PayPal as I paid through them - first thing you get is contact us before opening a case. I did and got an email back very quickly saying I had to return. Then another that I could get 25% back for a quick resolution and not send it back. I emailed back that I was talking to PayPal as we speak and that I was opening a case. PayPal were going to uphold my case, but also got an email back for a full refund and not having to send the Wuffy back. Avoid at all costs. But use this guidance to resolve. Never been so glad that I used PayPal.

Everyone should know this is a scam.

Everyone should know this is a scam.Their claims are all lies. The dogs are not AI connected, but use 2 small batteries to waggle their legs.....nothing more. The company refuses to provide a return address. Beware!

What a money making scam !!

What a money making scam !!Wuffy cost us AUD68 and we can buy exactly the same from Temu for less than AUD14.It is a small dog that is 160mm x 130mm and just runs around the floor making squeaking noise. It is not the least bit interactive and does nothing that the selling company claims. It is a suitable toy for a child up to 3 years old.Save your money and don't buy one!!

⭐ 1 star

⭐ 1 star – Product not as advertised, poor resolutionWe purchased the “Wuffy Dog” for our child, delivered on 01 February 2026. Unfortunately, the product received is not as advertised on the website. The website claims AI-based, interactive features and responses to commands such as “sit” and “smile.” In reality, the product does not respond to any commands and only runs continuously and barks. There are no observable AI or interactive features at all.The physical appearance also differs from the images shown online, particularly at the bottom of the unit, making it look like a different product from what was promoted. We contacted the seller on the day of delivery to request a return under their 30-day return policy. The seller refused a full refund and instead offered only a 25% partial refund, requiring us to pay return shipping, despite the product being not as described.Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this product.

This is a complete and absolute sham

This is a complete and absolute sham. It is very disappointing. I bought two (one white, one brown) for each of my teenage granddaughters for Christmas. It is not as described. It is a cheap toy that can do 4 basic things not a realistic AI puppy that looks like a dog and can be trained to remember 1,000 commands as advertised.

Not sure what words to say

Not sure what words to say, could think of a few choice ones.wuffy pup not as advertised, really poor quality, scruffy and not soft, a battery box under the belly, advert stated you turn on the button under the collar. Also it doesn't react to your commands, just yaps. Please don't buy this puppy, a BIG NO NO.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. The product is a cheap $5 comparable product available in Chinatown sidewalks. It is not even close to the advertising video. There is no technology in it except a battery operated mechanical toy. I paid Cdn $56 for this cheap $5 product not including batteries. It took 3 weeks for delivery when advertised that it would take a max of 10 days. Customer service is non-existent. All CS email and help links bounce back or are broken. Chat line and phone do not work. There is no recourse to return or claim a refund. Don’t be scammed by this #WuffyAIrobotpuppy. DO NOT BUY!!! You are warned.

This product is a complete LIE

This product is a complete LIE. The video shown is a CGI animation of a dog. The toy I received looks nothing like what's advertised and does not work the way advertised. There's no AI technology, no touch response or interactive responses. The dogs eyes do not blink like in the video. The dog squeaks, moves it's legs and wags its tail rapidly non-stop as soon as you turn it on. It's cheaply made with thin cloth covering a hard plastic box. They didn't even add a foam or a sponge layer to make it soft, cuddly or plush or to attempt to muffle the sound of the gears. Yes, this toy is unnaturally noisy. The head and body does not move in smooth realistic motions. In fact they are very short choppy motions back and forth and up and down. The dog does not tilt its head or nudge forward as if to sniff or nuzzle you like the video shows. The head has a single joint that tips backwards to open its mouth to squeak like the sound of a dogs chew toy. Mine has a tongue hanging from its mouth that has been glued to its chin. The ears are floppy but don't flop, they're glued flat to the side of its head. In the video there are different versions of the dogs ears, floppy or "bear-like". I suppose everyone randomly gets a different version as you only have a choice of two colors brown or white. The video has a single button to push on its furry belly but mine has no "fur" on the belly, only a white plastic battery door with an on/off switch next to the latch. I had a toy like this back in 1972 when I was 4 yrs old and it was old cheap technology back then. There's nothing modern about this relic. This is blatant fraud!

Complete fraud Don't fall for it.…

Ordered online with supposed discount of 75%. Product should be £15.99 plus postage. By the time it got to checkout ihe total had increased to £38. Cancelled order with company within 5 minutes but they replied it may be too ⁹late. Unfortunately didn't read Trustpilot reviews first. Massive mistake. Don't even go there. It's a scam.Heard from this companies customer services and despite the fact I cancelled my order less than 10 minutes after ordering I was informed the toy had already been despatched. I was informed I can return if unsatisfactory which is besides the point. Guess that's going to cost me too. This doesn't explain why a £15 toy became nearly £40. I bet it turns out to be made in China. ABSOLUTE FRAUD Update 3001/01/26No refund, no parcel and surprisingly (sarcasm) no emails and emails to support @wuffy.com and any other addresses go into ether. No such address, address full etc all come back to me. Will be contacting my banks fraud department and see if I can open a fraud case against this company. Anyone else notice the company address is Lithuania. I feel so angry but if I can stop anyone else falling for this scam I will at least be happy while I am kicking myself!!! Even the glowing reviews elsewhere are fake!!!Update 1st February. As you may recall I cancelled order 5 minutes after request but was told parcel already shipped. That's another lie as Evri collected on the 27th January that's 12 days after order. It is still in transit and Wuffy tell me I have to receive order then contact them for return details. Why can't they tell me now so I can return parcel immediately. In all my dealings with Internet shopping this has got to go down as the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Absolute waste of money

Absolute waste of money! Cheap fur and cheap product. It has a small on off switch, when switched on it wags its tail and squeaks. That's all it does.

This is not as advertised at ALL

This is not as advertised at ALL. Does not react to voice, and it is much, much smaller than the ad pretends. Only 5 inches tall and is just a battery toy. NOTHING life-like at ALL. I am returning the first one, and I wish I had not ordered a second one before this one arrived. My granddaughter would be so disappointed. I am not going to give it to her at all.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! Nothing like those advertised. The package took over a month to arrive, and included a heavy metal disc which served no practical purpose other than to increase the freight charges.

Scam alert

I ordered a brown wuffy on Dec 5, 2025 and today is Dec 14th. I ordered order#8D2AE71E00 early to receive before Christmas and I still haven’t received my order or tracking information. A confirmation email was never sent and when I visited their website tracking information, there was no data available as of Dec 14. It has not been shipped for 10 days and I’m feeling scammed after reading all the reviews. Wish I would’ve did that first. This company is a scam. I’m filing a report on this company to the FTC for fraud. This is ridiculous. The commercial with the AI old lady marketing a live puppy is a lie.

Do not fall for this scam

Just received 3 "AI interactive Wuffy dogs" - absolutely nothing like the advertised version. It's tiny, yaps irritatingly and steps forward and back yapping all the time. They are so horrible and tacky that I won't give them to my grandchildren and feel embarrassed to even donate them to a charity shop. I had planned to return them for a refund but having read lots of reviews I realise I will never see my money again.
