1A Auto went above and beyond when I needed assistance with parts I had received. They listened to my concerns and promptly delivered the results. They are an excellent company with exceptional customer service. They truly prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by their commitment to putting the customer first.
They have a good reputation for a good part.I ordered a tie rod and control arm set, and i took my original parts off which were worn out, but the boots were intact. No rips or any leaks, and I got my new stuff from a one and put it on and test drove it and instantly noticed upon inspecting that the new tie rode in boots were ripped already. And they appear to be more flimsy than the plastic bags that they came in , and I reported this to this company and they gave me a full refund.It was a pain to go through it and do the job.But at least the reputable company came through\nWith a refund, even though I still have to do alignment again and everything else has to be re.Installed.I'm not happy but I am not dissatisfied and I will still recommend them for being legitimate and helping me at least with my refund.
The response of the customer service team
Received a radiator that had an existing crack. Although frustrating and caused a technician and customer delays A1 promptly offered to refund the purchase price. Not happy with faulty part but happy with customer services handling of my issue
The parts I received did not fit my vehicle even though the website said they would. They were slightly too wide. But 1A Auto took care of the refund and tried to remedy the situation quickly. They agreed to refund the full purchase amount and said they did not want the parts back. Per their suggestion I will be donating to the local automotive shop class at the local high school.
I’ve bought everything I needed from here and the parts are super high quality!
Pricing, quality, delivery, customer service
We have ordered multiple items from this company for several reason such as their website is easy to use and the prices are good. The main reason we order from them is because their how to videos installed confidence in us that we otherwise did not have. We have been able to replace brake pads, radiator fans, thermostats, window actuators door power switches, outside mirrors and many other items which has in turn saved us thousands of dollars by not having to go to a repair shop. We just replaced the towing mirrors yesterday and because it went so well we ordered fender flares today. Thanks Again for being such a great company for the person who needs to save money!
I love the fact that parts are very affordable. I dislike the fact that you guys depend on a delivery service without having them actually ring the doorbell. long story short i didn't get my item. I love how you guys were proactive to help me out. you did give me a refund. and now i have to spend a bit more money locally so i can fix the truck today. you get a 4 because you dont have the customer sign for the item.
I ordered several parts for my 05 Chevy Suburban. The shipping was fast and parts came undamaged. 2 of the 3 parts I ordered were perfect while the 3rd I had an issue with. A costumer service agent made it right. I will be ordering from 1A Auto again!
I had to contact 1A Auto regarding an issue with CV Axles I received, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly, were professional, and made the return process very simple. Communication was clear the entire time, and they made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their service like this. I would absolutely order from them again.

Also, the step-by-step DIY videos are a wonderful aid and makes your repairs easier and help prevent any errors. I have referred 1A to family and friends and will continue to purchase from then in the future.
Wrong size rotors, I put in the vehicle information they ask for. I chose from the list that fit my vehicle and guess what they don't fit. The front and back rotos are too big. So, I have to return them but they are charging me a return fee after emailing me stating that I would receive a full refund.
Had an amazing experience with the customer service representative that helped me out with my part. Will absolutely be going back to them for any parts I need for my truck in the future!
Poor quality parts. Customer service ok
I bought a 1986 Mazda b2000 floor molded carpet for my truck. 1st of all its is only 1/4 molded. It is sloopy, won't fit right, heel pad is not in the correct place. It's to far back and to far to the right. It took two weeks to find this out. Also I paid $229.00 and in order to get a refund I have to pay estimate of a $100.00 or maybe more to send it back. Which i will only receive around $129.00. What a joke. I will never buy another thing from this company. I don't believe this is a USA company. Cause the product I got was junk. Beware Buyers.
I went on their website put in my car information was buying front rotors and back rotors and brakes. They sent for all-wheel-drive when my car is rear wheel drive pay $200 through UPS to send back. I shipped them the same day they say they don’t see that the front rotors and brakes were returned. I took one rotor for the back to try on the car to see if it fits. That’s when I realize they were the wrong parts they told me they destroyed the back rotors because they could not resell them and said I might not get a refund for the back rotors and they can’t find my front rotors and brakes to get a refund for that which cost me $350 so I’m supposed to be out of $500 and they’re not sending no parts back for me to sell on eBay
I order some parts they send me the wrong one and now the send me a partial refund... because the said the parts where dirty and wear... i know isn't true.. i got proof what i send it clean .. wont fit ..i pay $225 they send me $82.Easy way to stole from you.. stay away from this company.
Huge fail! They promise overnight if your give then your email. But it’s a scam. I been à waiting 8 days! Still have not received item.
Should be 0 star as the wrong part was sent and mechanic attempted to put on then realizes it was the wrong part, to which they won't exchange or refund which is their fault they sent the wrong part and now im out $600 with labor they refused to take responsibility for the problem so unbelievable
