I purchased a premium quality iron stand for a ceramic plate, unfortunately the stand collapsed and the plate broke.The company responded with 'not had any complaints from anyone else' ...followed up with 'you need to post it back at your expense if you require a refund'A warning to others 'buyer beware'
What a shame you can’t leave a NO star review! When I received the keyring I was disappointed with the side view as previous purchases had shown a much better, clearer, all round view! I wrote a very polite letter, I didn’t ask for a refund, partial or otherwise, I didn’t ask for a replacement, I simply politely asked for a comment! This was the first response I received … No idea what you are talking about. The item was of good merchandable quality in every way as i lasered it that's why we are no.1 in google for 3d crystals. I wrote again and included pictures , again just asking for a comment. This was their second reply .. You are talking complete garbage about something you know nothing about. That is the side profile of the image-no different in nature to every other 3d lasered keyring. I hate to be rude but can you harass someone else about something worth harrasing them about. I don’t think I have EVER EVER received such an appallingly rude response to a genuine enquiry! How do they survive? "
So initially I thought the product was amazing and the perfect gift for my dad's 60th birthday as a keepsake however, when I looked at the back I noticed scratches and immediately emailed the team. I sent several pictures where you can see very obvious scratches 5 at the bottom and 3 at the top. The response I got said We see no scratches. Only particles of dust. I'm not one to moan but the response might as well have called me a liar and no support when it is evidenced! Will never buy from these again and i absolutely do not reccomend this item!
I got Really beautiful crystal with a stand from my boyfriend. The engraved print is fantastic just looks like the photo and it came with a stand that lights up in different colours. Its in proud place in my room. Would highly recommend thank you.
I complained about large dark stripes on each side of the 3 d image of my dogs head. They look like tiger stripes. These are not evident in my original photo, and are totally unacceptable as the finished product. I would have expected the creator of the crystal, to have contacted me during the 'Broadcast' stages on the computer, which would show 3D rendering BEFORE the image is lasered into the crystal. If the stripes were not visible when the computer 3D render had completed, then I believe that they have an issue with the laser or laser settings. When I emailed the company, I received very short abrupt replies i.e. " It's Normal, and when I asked if I could return for a refund " No it's not fault". I tend to disagree. I sent photos to them. AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT, AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Awful cheap and nasty product. Couldn’t even center the image in the crystal and outer edge of the lasering was not round and smooth. What they show on webpage is not what you get. Asked for a refund, to be told personalised items are exempt from cancellation and considers my product reasonable merchandable quality. Seen other reviews online with them using the same excuse not to issue a refund. Totally robbed of £48.
Receceived this pendant yesterday. I understand that I sent a clear picture in of my late sons fingerprints . This does not represent the photo graph I sent in. . If the creator had had difficulty with this image could have contacted me regarding this. Also chain far too short and flimsy sorry totally disappointed
Absolutely rubbish service from this company.I ordered 3d crystal picture for 70£, what i got receive is far away what is on examples on their website.. super poor quality, looks like someone did not spend enough time to cut picture properly and prepare it for printing…I contact costumer service and was told that my picture was not in good resolution when it was 4k !! After that all my msgs are ignored. Such a waste of money..Stay away from this unprofessionals…
Wow!! we were blown away with Our 3D crystal it was absolutely stunning. Purchased for a retirement gift. The attention to detail and excellent quality was beyond our expectations. had a custom lighter made and it was perfectly spot on, nothing wrong with it but thats just my experience.

Ordered a 3d Photo Crystal but disappointed that the size of the image within the crystal was nowhere near the size of images represented on their website. Crystal arrived but came in a damaged presentation box. Customer service was just shocking, initially said there nothing wrong with the crystal, and then ignored all subsequent emails. They have also blocked me. Do you self a favour and use a reputable company.
Shocking quality and will not respond to email expressing my dissatisfaction. Only use is being thrown away.
I was not happy with the photo that I received and also the web-site was in my opinion not very clear what I had order so I try to phone to speck to someone but both telephone numbers (land line and mobile) where on answer phone with a message to send email if need a help, so I send email with my complaint, the reply that come back was very unfriendly with some explanation regarding the pages of the web-site plus if I am not happy with the service to go and find another company, I try again with email to get some explanation and reach some agreement but this time my email was block. So the customer service of this company is terrible don’t go to them.
The 3D Photo crystal and base is so lovely and so realistic don't know how they do it but it is exactly as me and my husband look is so beautiful and is memories forever I would recommend this and this company to anyone a very unusual gift.
