I have used 4Candles for some years for all my wick needs. A recent error in my order was very quickly resolved by the customer service team who went above and beyond… much appreciated in such a busy period! Thank you. Highly recommend.
I used this company for some time, but their customer service is non-existent. The website is lacking essential information and helpful resources, with no search bar to navigate. They never answer the phone, making it the worst company I've ever dealt with by far.
Brilliant industry standard candle making equipment, fragrances smell fantastic. Recommended to all friends and family.
Used this company for years. For oils I decided to move to candle shack whose oils are fantastic. One thing I couldn’t get from them was aromatic wood. Back to 4candles they are diluting the oils. It has faint smell of aromatics but nothing like it used to be. The colour is also much lighter showing it’s a weaker version of the original and not worth using

I've been using 4candles for years and they have been consistently great throughout the time I've been ordering from them. They explain clearly all of the products, the website is easy to use and they update with great products. Thoroughly recommend
