I have used 99designs three times
I have used 99designs three times, Each time, designers have enthusiastically participated and brought forth really creative designs. In the end, it is really hard to choose.

Confusing and not easy to cancel
I found a designer, started the process, he kept making excuses for delayed responses. When he did respond he didnt make changes that I liked, incompatible client designer relationship. Anyway, I decided to cut my losses. I'd already released the funds but I cannot see any way of cancelling the project, transaction, interaction. It's judt a very confusing process for a beginner and I've honestly had more success designing my logo with Canva or AI.

I have used them in the past as Vistaprint and had great experiences. I recently put in an order and it has been 8 days and had almost zero communication and have yet to see a design.

I’m a designer on 99designs, and I’ve opened several support tickets with the Designer Support team over time. Every time I reached out, I was handled in a friendly, professional, and highly communicative way. That level of support really made a positive impression on me.For fellow designers who are considering joining 99designs, I’d definitely recommend the platform—just make sure to carefully follow the guidelines and rules. If you don’t, penalties will apply (I learned that lesson the hard way due to my own oversight).For business owners looking for design services with many creative options, running a contest on 99designs is a great choice.Lastly, I’d like to give a special thank you to Nada and Arina from the Designer Support team. They were both incredibly kind, patient, and supportive in handling my cases, and their professionalism truly made the experience much better.

There are several points that made my experience as a designer at 99designs interesting, namely:Positive Points:1. 99designs is the best design contest site compared to its competitors.2. The regulations are not overly complicated and easy to understand.3. The prizes for the design contests are very attractive and commensurate with the work of the designers.4. The response from the 99designs team is excellent, clear, and quick (especially Ms. Windy, who responded to my complaint a few days ago when I encountered a problem).Negative Points:1. There are several rules at 99designs (specifically for designers) that I find very unclear and lack detail, especially regarding the use of fonts as a basic design concept.2. I find registering as a new member as a designer at 99designs too difficult and convoluted (I learned this information from several of my friends who have tried registering at 99designs).
