I'd been working with them about three months securing hard to locate equipment which we finally accomplished, to replace my existing HVAC system that was twenty two years old. This is also an air-conditioning contractor by the way even though the web address indicates heating only. As scheduled they arrived on time and worked like crazy to make a special installation go especially smooth during the two and a half day process. This involved cutting in an additional return air duct, relocating the new condenser/heat pump, crawling under the house to run all the tubing, and right in the heart of a record setting Northern California heat wave. The hardworking crew was polite, efficient, and professional all the way around. The system has been functioning flawlessly. And just in the nick of time, I might add.
