Pay is low for the city...don't believe the positive reviews. Their expectations are not realistic so you are set up for failure. The more you do the more they want it's never enough. TThey are full of drama and gossip and believe the long term employees are loyal yet they are not.
I get the feeling that the overwhelming positive reviews of ApartmentData are all being made by landlords and small real estate management firms. As a tenant, however, this software is an unfuriating that is run so unprofessionally I am actually uncomfortable with the fact they have my banking information.
